Carnivore ice cream is one of my favorite treats no days. It’s basically a cup of heavy cream with four egg yolks whipped up in the blender. I then like to add a little vanilla extract and almond extract. Then a few drops of monk fruit sweetener. If I’m cheating I add some sugar free 70% cocoa chips

I have a protein shake recipe that I stumbled upon about 15 years ago through trial and error that I'd like to share. If you like the Nilla Wafers pudding w/ banana that your grandma used to make you will love it!
- vanilla protein powder
- 1 banana
- cottage cheese
- milk
Mix powder, banana, one cup cottage cheese and two cups milk (or to taste ) in blender and enjoy! I use about 2 cups cottage myself for taste and to up the protein level a bit. It's kickass!

If you cook the Semolina in milk for a while and after when take it off from the hob just put whey protein / chocolate, vanilla etc / and put some blueberries and that's it your breakfast is done! 😉😊your cheesecake looks yummy! 👌

I think sometimes when people make decisions an match up their opponents, they dont estimate where the spawns are coming from. I would imagine instead of attacking my opponents attacks, its good to strategically try to specify which tactics are coming out of various ports n at what frequency. Its productive to analyze my opponents chess moves, yet its alsogood to analyze what locations did my opponent train in, also how many of his peers came from the same training location or a different one. We must also analyze wherw these fellow students of the opponents went. Such as analyzing all of the various colleges to compare which high school students applt to which colleges. Then strategize my opponents tactics from there.

Did you use actual cottage cheese to make “cheesecake” ? Or did you use typical cream cheese to make the “cheesecake” ?? The difference would be DRASTICALLY when it comes to the macros. Cottage cheese is high in protein but cream cheese is not instead is full of fat…. I have never seen smooth cottage cheese that looks like cream cheese hmmm maybe I just learned something new!
That’s what I thought, I’ve only ever seen the lumpy version 😂 Unless it’s something that’s lost in translation and it’s not quite cottage cheese but something similar?

@Pure_KodiakWILD_Power Doesn't look like it's something that's readily available in the UK (Google brings up places like Walmart, retailers in Europe, etc.) Loads of cottage cheese but it's the "natural" chunky version in the UK. Probably because that's what's considered traditional in the UK. However you can put it in a mixer and smooth it that way I see. Alternatively there are plenty of low fat soft cheese but it wouldn't have the nutritional qualities of Cottage Cheese. Better for you but won't have the protein benefits.

If I get a taste for cheesecake, I just go to a supermarket and get an overpriced slice or two of the real thing.
If I were to make this ( which is possible), I'd sneak in some regular or "light" cream cheese to whip up with the cottage 🤷♂️🤷🏽♂️ but I'm not a super clean eater, or in competition. In fact, mixing the two sounds interesting to me anyway.
