Real Music by Real People
Great performance by the the band and the singers. Loved tribute to Veterans and star of the show was Daryl Duff. ❤😂🎉
Impressive music clarity and quality for a new band. Keep up the good work.
Bravo!
This band has two dynamics: loud, and louder.
Wonderful show!
One of the best performances ever from Charles Bosselman
Special and spectacular 💕
As a Brit who has always loved Souza, can anyone tell me why there is no Souzaphone in this band
The Sousaphone was designed for marching bands, easier to tote than the bulky tuba (which UK military marching bands still exclusively use--along with cornets instead of trumpets). Many U.S. military bands use tubas for concerts where the musicians are seated.
Congratulations on the creation of your new band. One suggestion about posting to RUclips: When a concert is entitled "Sousa Spectacular" I expect to hear all Sousa, not some Sousa with a lot of other music.
Pregunta: Sousa es el autor del Himno de USA
No.
Él autor del himno de los estados unidos de américa, fué él Abogado Francis Scott key,

I have read that the tune of the national anthem was originally an English drinking song.
THATS Sousa ?????,
Horrible recording. The band should be on risers preventing the trumpets trombones pointing their bells into other peoples backs. The back of the stage and the wings should be walled off either with curtains or absorbing baffle to get rid of the bathroom shower sound. It would also help to have angle baffles over the band to prevent the sound going up in the fly area and being lost. Everything is wrong about the sound of this recording. Its not the bands fault totally but the people who set up the stage for the performance.
Thank you for your interest in our band. Neither we nor the Academy have sound shells at this time. It is a goal of ours to secure them to improve the acoustic projection. The Academy stage is small and we are limited with space for risers. We did experiment in the Generations concert and I encourage you to listen to that recording. The Sousa concert was our first concert at the Academy. We learn as we go! And we continue to grow.
