What a great road trip! I had no idea Redmonds 🧂 even offered this. My daughter would've loved the "Jurassic Park Doors" - great touch. I kept wondering what it smells like without the diesel exhaust? I bet the salt keeps the air super fresh and clean. It's amazing that they let you take a big rock like that! I bet the kiddos loved it 🥰
I am so happy you got to go. Be sure to use a plate under the rock on the mantle. I got salt rocks out of the WIPP mine outside of Carlsbad, New Mexico years ago, and it ate the paint off my stair riser. That was a super duper field trip, too.
What a fantastic tour of the salt mine! You and Lindsey were talking about the quiet, were there any other sensory aspects like smell and sight that were different? Ohhh, loved the souvenirs or salt, though in our hot, humid climate, I wonder how long it would last. And I would really be stocking up on all that salt at the store. I order online, but to have all those choices.
This is incredibly cool!! So neat to see this sort of thing for a company we definitely purchase from and enjoy!

Love the Redmond's tour and love the gun range too! Good times
Awesome, I want to go there, one day!! Thanks for sharing, Nili.
Man, it's like being there!
Haha 😂
The taste of Redmonds is unbeatable.
Love my Redmond salt. Also the seasoned salt and the smoked salt.
Great video! It rocked... 😂
How interesting! Lunch looked delicious. ❤️🥰❤️
Love all their smoked and table salts. So yummy
Way cool tour experience of the salt mines! I love my Redmond Salts. Would love to have a big salt rock.
Hi~ That was a pleasant surprise! Looked like fun & a very interesting experience. (I enjoy Redmond's Salt as well.) 🙋
Fascinating- I felt like I was there. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for taking us along on the tour. That was so interesting! I've been down to the salt mines in Hutchinson, Ks. but it is totally different.
A friend zoomed from Bolivia Monday. Her hotel room is made of salt blocks!
That looked like so much fun!!! Would love to do that tour... 👍

Oh that was so cool!!!
Looks like fun!
Great video. Thank you!
Great video. I dont feel like I need that tour now.
So envious
Great video. Thanks for sharing. Those salt rocks are amazing. I am a sucker for salt lamps.
Why wasn't Levi allowed to go into the mine?
No one under 8 was allowed because of regulations
Wash them (the salt rocks)?? Might want to research whether that's a good idea or not.
Better TASTING: relyte or saltt?
Can you eat the salt in the mines there
💜🥰💖
I would love to know if they allow wheelchair users on the tour. I sent a message a while ago to them but havent received a reply.
The Redmond salt and gravel pits. I hate that salt; it’s so nasty with big chunks of tooth shattering gravel in it. I will never bite it again.
