"too" can also be used as an adverb, to describe the amount of something. He actually is correct in the sense that "too" can mean "too tight," or another example being "too much/little."

@eckogamers If you mean the one with like the rectangle. It's a cookie cutter, he made the little squares larger so they form together to make a sort of rectangle. (You'll need two clips to do this) he then just got rid of the black line so it looked awesome because he's in another room.
the first one is builders costume, where you whistle and you do that emote, the second is where you raise the flag in lummy, and the third is where you fall asleep using a sleeping cap, or something like that :P
