Anyway yes. The turnaround and revitalisation of my beloved club is for me the best thing to have happened in my 55 yrs of supporting them.

In the last two or three years, I’ve been waxing lyrical in my barbershop about the potential of our club if someone comes in with the right mindset coupled with the motto of the city’s coat of arms - FORWARD. We have the name of the FIRST city outside of the capital (I’ve lived there, it’s like a different country) , we don’t share it like City and Utd, it’s our name of our city, which is bigger than a little neighbourhood down the road. I want us to compete, instead of singing “we are staying up” on the last day of the season.
For years I’ve been proud of the way our fans galvanise and stand by our players and managers, even in tough times, hoping and crossing our fingers that a day like this will come if someone steps in to help us.
I’m on board. Season ticket, pies, pints (please get in some decent cider) and mini golf. I trust Tom and his team, I can definitely still journey on. Let’s show the country what the F we can do. I’m even talking like Tom now. KRO 💙💙💙

Blues fan since early 60s lived Ladypool Road have been in New Zealand for 37 years but followed the games like a religion … its so much easier with Blues Tv though getting up in middle of night to watch games can be tough…. The Cardiff game was a hard watch even though it was at breakfast time! Knightheads arrival and forward thinking is the best thing that could EVER happen to the club so all power to them. The work they have done so far and the work that is in progress looks fantastic. The last time i was back in UK i went to a game and apart from the presence of seating very little had changed over the decades the ground looked knackered. Lets hope the season doesnt end badly but even if it does they have a long term plan so let us support them and our club to the hilt. KRO

What a leader TOM is, fantastic presenter, included everyone and so inspirational, He is a BLUENOSE as well as a visionary businessman, I felt his passion and connection to the club more than anything.
He should record the whole journey in depth, because I see a blockbuster film coming eventually depicting the REBIRTH of the Blues. KEEP RIGHT ON, and on and on and on.
I've been feeling sad and depressed since the Cardiff game and I have been worrying about us getting relegated. But after watching this video I feel a bit more positive and I've cheered up loads It looks like some exciting times ahead.

I am as disappointed as anyone about what's happened on the pitch this season, but I am warming to the vision that has been outlined here. It was very fortunate timing that the City Council was desperate to sell the huge 'Wheels' site but, with care, BCFC can be massive winners from that acquisition. When I started going to St Andrews regularly, the average home crowds were in the top four in the country. In time, and with a team worth watching, I do think that that support can be regained, even though there are far more alternative ways today for people to spend their time. Best of luck with this project, BCFC, even if, before long, I personally have to watch the games from my seat in the (Blue) sky.

villa fan, here in peace. I used to work on the match day kiosks at the blues for years - I remember the optimism around carsen yeung, the league cup and the europa league, as well as relegation, closing the upper gil and having consultants come in to squeeze every penny. I really hope that this new ownership is as serious as they make out. having 2 teams competing at the highest level is great for the city, above all else. the spurs model is predicated on having a team which is in london and already part of the big 6 so I'm really interested to see how this plays out for a club like city in brum.

We have had some really bad seasons lately but things are looking so positive for the future.

Villa Fan here 45+ years, and a Brummie born and bred, I'm thankful that Blues are getting what they deserve at last! Its been embarrassing watching the decline of a Club that is as Important to the people and City of Birmingham as Aston Villa is! The City needs BOTH clubs to thrive at the Local National, and Global level, and any Villa fan who disagrees are just short sighted! Blues should easy get one of the Top 4 League 1 promotion spots! And I think being in League 1, and playing Wrexham twice will actually help Blues with the American attention on both Clubs! Those two games will get more publicity and American publicity as much as any premier league game! If Not more across the pond! As a Villa fan, im looking forward to the rise of blues! Exciting times for OUR City on both sides of the footballing divide!👍

I completely take back my earlier comment and I curse this new crowd running the club. They've no intention of building the football club. It's all just a front for unimpeded urban investment and profit. They're happy to let the club languish in the 3rd division on low wages for even worse players than we had before, while they get busy on their real project, which is to build apartments and offices (what have they to do with football?) and none of which goes back into the club. The long timespan for getting a stadium built is just another convenient front, a pretense to develop the club when the reality is profit. As they said, they don't care if the club is relegated.

May have spent some time down there, but they have all bounced back and doing well (Wolves, Leicester, Leeds, Southampton, Man City etc). All we need is a team willing to put the effort in.
