you can press shift and press it at the same time. that’s what i do so you can to lowercase letters then when you finally get to the capital letter you press shift. easy as that

yes, 0wra is where you play the notes together, and i think that {pa} means that you play p and then quickly after you play a.

The transposed one has a higher pitch unlike the one with no Transposed.

So basically, Untransposed sheets are sheets that have more Shifts than usual (although transposed sheets can also have an unusual amount of shifts sometimes) and transposed sheets are untransposed sheets that have been transposed to the point where there's more small letters than shifts. Hopefully that kinda made sense.
