It really is, the TRX isn’t just a lifted truck with a muscle car engine. It’s quiet, comfortable and super luxurious as well, it has a really very quality interior, no cheap plastic. Stitched leather seats, suede and carbon fiber trim on the dash and door panels, you get that big center touchscreen, but you still get buttons and physical controls for everything which is nice, a head up display and those really cool looking analog gauges.
When you consider the additional equipment packages, the price of TRX (level 2 or 3) and Raptor R are on par. I do not own neither, but from my quick research, I feel the TRX are more solid, but slightly less techie, more heavier but a little less advanced suspension. My impression is that the TRX will last longer with fewer issues and noises. I also think that the TRX instrument panel is gorgeous, maybe I'm not a digital instrument guy. Could anyone confirm my impressions? I saw some Raptor with a night vision camera, but others don't have it: is it a factory option? Does the TRX also have any IR night vision camera too? Thank you for any advice.
I have a question, when you accelerate fully either in automatic mode or manual mode, when changing gears, do you stop stepping on the accelerator or do you keep the accelerator pressed?
Usually as with other automatics transmission like Audi, Mercedes that I've driven, not all the times I took off my foot from the gas pedal. Mkst of the times one time and than recharge again, especially on highways. 😂😅
I can't lie my 2014 Chrysler 300 has more led lights in it at night then this 2022 Ram TRX. They should have added more interior blue led lights for when the cabin is dark.
dang good video showing how boring this thing is to d rive in the city. You did everything that a 1500 or Tacoma can do, except for the sound and 35seconds of acceleration.
