That looks real nice but a little gust of wind and you got ashes everywhere
We designed Wind Guards for the Firebox for this exact reason! They also redirect the radiant heat back to the roast which helps create a better crackling and speeds up cook times! :D

"My hillbilly roaster" just get some small rubar round stock,2 ball bearings to fit the rods, and couple of wood or metal holder for each end to hold the ball bearings and rod, and my hand power drill, Thats rite my HAND POWER DRILL, when finish can undo my hand power drill and put it back in my work shop

Yes the skin was crispy. The crackling is great snack with a drink of your choice. We typically just season the skin with salt and pepper

+سمير الحربي I believe that you are mistaken. There is no god, but YHWH and he allows us to eat swine and any other animal so long as the blood is drained. It is wasteful to not eat certain animals. If a dog can kill a pig and eat it, a human can too because we are greater than dogs. I respect your beliefs, but not everyone believes in Allah. I do not believe in Allah, so I eat swine like many others on this planet.

I don't understand your question. However, Jehovah is the incorrect spelling and pronunciation of Yahweh (literal pronunciation) or YHWH (literal spelling) of the name of the Christian god.
I don't know what it would be labeled as. I just believe in the Holy Bible(including the non-canonized books). I haven't found a church or denomination that doesn't butcher or evade certain books of the Bible. You can know me as a Christian because I follow Christ Yeshua, but there are many denominations of Christianity.
