    Everyone says John Wall's an asshole for acting like this to high schoolers. Here's the thing, these kids WANT to be the best one day, Wall shows them how big the difference really is between him and them. If they don't know how good they HAVE to be to make it, they'll always be satisfied with how they are and never push them self.

    • @bucketcentral9664
      @bucketcentral9664 9 лет назад +1

      I'm sure running his mouth but what I'm saying is Wall did the right thing because kids get the big head all the time and think they can say anything to anybody because they think their on his same road of success but Wall really sat up and gave him a reality check because the kid is not that good and probably think his better than he actually is who knows somebody in the gym might have told him to do it..

    • @KeithDevaughnII
      @KeithDevaughnII 9 лет назад

      How are you gonna say he did a good job having an attitude and talking shyt to a nice kid that is just playing basketball. Your saying the kid deserved to put up with Walker's shyt because he thinks he has a fighting chance? You are also saying Walker should talk shyt and play with his fists balled up against every kid that he plays that thinks they have a chance of being a pro ball player like him? You sound like a complete idiot.

    Although the kid is naturally talented, he’s raw as Hell and super skinny; if you put a dime on his head, he’d look like a nail! If he submits to coaching and hit the gym, he may do something down the road.

    What happened can go multiple ways JUST BASED on WATCHING.
    They disrespect him, he just shows them why they should have respect for him.
    Wall goes "HAM", to try to bring out the best in others.

    Yes he is in the NBA and was the number 1 pick. But you have to understand, this is the nature of the game. It brings out the fire in you, no matter who you are playing. Especially if you are a young one growing up, and have a lot of potential. The older ones, or the men, Never take it easy. They stay in your ear, in your face...push you down, whatever it takes. But i guarantee that kid will be so much better because of it!

    That's how you suppose to do them. Don't matter how old they are, they have to learn respect and learn how to actually play before you talk about someone game or call them out. I do my nephew and the young men I teach the same way because it's guys out there that is bigger, stronger, faster, and jump higher than you out there, plus they're just as hungry. Especially, if your trying to play ball on that level.

    What impresses me more than Wall's offensive abilities are the defensive skills. Obviously the kid got in a nice jumper off Wall, but I liked that Wall was playing him tight on defense while the kid backed too much, pretty much giving Wall open jumpers. Sure if he played tight he would have gotten blown by but I'm thinking a lot of what makes an NBA player great is their defense.

    dude, the only reason why john wall was mad was probably because the 10th grader probably thought he was the shit. so when they played one on one, he wasn't even gaurding john. he was like 8 feet away from him. thats why. john wall is a great player, he still has much more room for improvement. other players improve at earlier ages. but just is no where near his pick. once he gets a consistent shot. he'll tear shit up

    Juwan bland is nice as hell but he's not an Andrew wiggins or a Julius randle. John wall should be playing a high school phenom that's bigger than him instead of a high school player that's good but not even ranked.
