This is a wonderful breakdown, I am a fan of Kendrick Lamar but I never did listen to Mr. Morale and the big stepper's album. I accidentally listen to count me out through Apple music for the really made me teary-eyed. Im now listening to the entire album.

Thanks for watching and for that great comment. I hope that jcole realized, what's the point to even get involved in something like this. You wind up realizing that you have so many other things to worry about in life, such as trying to figure out who you are and how to go forward and in the end who are your real friends in life. Who knows, maybe this song was what got him to think things over. Thanks again for the comment.

Let me just say that we did dozens of videos with that opening and you are the first person to acknowledge what we had done, so thank you very much. We wanted to give people a sense of who I was and how extensive and vast my background has been. We just got to the point that we felt that it was a waste of time to keep doing so, so we have since stopped. Thank you again for leaving us validated that it was an important thing to do, and that people did appreciate it. Please continue to share your thoughts with us and were also on X/ Spaces with mental health topics as well that we break down.

Very very appreciative of what you said and that you were able to see the point of what I was trying to make when doing these breakdowns. It is so important that we do have the ability to look at ourselves and if we are able to do this, then in the end we become that much stronger for that. Thank you for all of your insight and being able to see the bigger picture. Please continue to comment.

Listened to this song a hundred times and until your commentary I didn't realize how powerful most of these words are, especially the ones about strong points that couldn't survive without self-love. That really stuck with me because I had a lot moments in my life where I recognize that even things that are my virtues and passions don't function because I was not confident in myself enough. I still feel like I need to work a lot to be fully satisfied with myself and things around me but I feel I'm going the right way. Thanks so much for this video Bruce, it definitely helped me realize some stuff. Keep up the good work!

Thanks for watching and for all of those great comments. Glad that you were able to get so much out of the video. You have to have confidence in everything that you do and of course to have confidence in yourself. Believe me it takes time to get this understood within yourself but once you do, it changes how you look at your life and everything around you. Good luck with moving forward and let us know how it goes. Again, much appreciation for your words.

Theres not a whole lot going on in my life as of right now, however i have gone through some stuff and have suffered my entire life with motivation issues, depression, and most importantly not being able to express my feelings comfortably or correctly.
This is a very simple but powerful breakdown of this song and is my favorite on the album

Good luck with finding the right therapist and just make sure that it is someone that you are going to feel that you click with and can open up too. Were delighted that you enjoyed the breakdown and found it helpful. Also, feel free to reach out to us to discuss mental health options that you might find useful to consider. What is so powerful about this is it slowly ends the ideal of self sabotage and growing into oneself without the weight of traumatic baggage. Thaks for watching and for bringing up the trauma analogy. As I get older, I see how with so many people who have been affected by trauma in their lives and how it has affected them in so many negative ways, and how it winds up holding you back in life in so many ways. If you need to, get help with processing what happened, get it resolved, learn coping skills and get back on that saddle again. Do not let it hold you back in life, in being the person you can and should be.

I did watch the video. What I thought that he did a great job was in just displaying the day to day pressures that we all go through. There is always this fantasy that if you are rich and famous life will always be perfect. And while yes the fame and money make life more enjoyable you still have to deal with issues that affect you. How do I handle the small things in life and am I truly connected. I just feel that he did something with this album where he was willing to open himself up and make himself vulnerable He has always done a great job with using color and crowds in past videos and here he did it again. As always thanks for watching and commenting.

@@k-rom8694 I have a few comments regarding that. 1- Get on a new plan, that does not do that to you. You need to be seen ASAP and that is all that is. 2- Ask that you be put on a cancellation list. In this case if someone cancels can you be seen by someone. 3- Check out to see if there are openings at an outpatient clinic run by the county that you live in. They may take your insurance. 4- Go to a community college or college to student services to see if you can be seen there. Its low cost and students need to get hours for their degree by seeing people. 5- Work out more than usual as it will help with your mental health. 6- Go to bed at a normal time and get at least 7-8 hours in. 7- Try and avoid drugs and alcohol, as it won't help you. 8- do meditation to stay relaxed. Finally, Minecraft is a cool game.
