I feel for all of you! My husband died at 38 and I was 37! We had four daughters 5-12. I know it’s hard no matter your age! I kind of felt I lost my identity! I was my husband’s wife and mom to four but all of a sudden I was a widow! It was hard! It is the most painful season of my life! I hurt for all but Lindsay will be in pain even when everyone else goes back to their normal life! At times the grief feels physical! I felt like I was physically sinking into the floor! I would call my sister and ask her to pray right then! God would lift me! I hope you all find a personal relationship with Jesus who will help you through the hard times!
I couldn’t had said it better myself. My husband died unexpectedly in his sleep when he was 54 and I was 48. It is coming up on 9 years and there are days I still can’t believe it is real. It is the hardest thing I have ever experienced so far in life. I have lost family members and even my parents, but it is so different losing a spouse. I can’t even imagine losing a child. There are times when I feel like everyone has forgotten about my hubby, but not me! There isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t think about him. Prayers to you and your girls. I cannot imagine the pain your family, especially Lindsay and the kids must be feeling right now. I am 34 years old and have lost both my parents in recent years tragically to cancer. My mom’s passing was expected whereas my dad only found out a month before he passed that he had stage 4 aggressive lung cancer that had spread throughout his body. Unfortunately he was also misdiagnosed by doctors at first who said that he had suffered several silent strokes in his brain which we found out shortly before he passed was not a silent stroke but actually that the cancer was in his brain as well. Through these difficult times that i have faced, your family and the energy your family has brought online has helped me through the hardest times in my life. I was 32 and lost both my mom and dad to cancer. My mom passed 9 months from the time she found out and my dad went a bit quicker. I’m now 20 years older but it hasn’t gotten better since my mother especially had just gotten to be a grandmother. My kids were 2 and 5. We all have suffered with the loss in our own way. So when I hear stuff like this it breaks my heart because I understand all the good and terrible days they have ahead of them. I’m sorry for your loss, lean on family if you have them. God bless

I watch you all from Australia and have never met any of you but my goodness I have felt so sad at the loss of Justin. When you had stopped posting I felt it was for hurricane prep but then saw the post from TIHWB about them needing to post older vlogs and I was then deeply worried. The grief would be indescribable for you all and I’m glad Lindsay and the children have a large extended family to wrap their arms around them and envelope them with love. It doesn’t bring Justin back but supports them to keep going each day and live how Justin would have wanted.

Jared and Brittney, my heart goes out to yall and the entire Bingham Family. Please give Mama Jo a tight hug from me, I know the pain she is feeling as a mother. I lost my son 3 weeks before Justin's tragic loss. He was 50 and it was sudden. They think it was an aneurysm. We are still waiting on the autopsy report. So I know the pain and all I can do from New Orleans is continue to pray for all of you, especially Sweet Lindsey and Mama Jo for continued strength. Love y'all

I wanted to tell you how deeply sorry to hear about your brother. Jared, I know what you are going through. I lost my brother when he was 8 years old. I was 9 when he passed away. Please please know that You and your hole family are in my thoughts and prayers.

I watch you all from Australia and have never met any of you but my goodness I have felt so sad at the loss of Justin. When you had stopped posting I felt it was for hurricane prep but then saw the post from TIHWB about them needing to post older vlogs and I was then deeply worried. The grief would be indescribable for you all and I’m glad Lindsay and the children have a large extended family to wrap their arms around them and envelope them with love. It doesn’t bring Justin back but supports them to keep going each day and live how Justin would have wanted.

I hope you guys can enter the healing stage real soon. no rush of course, everyone heals at there own rate. I know it took me a long time to enter that part of the healing process after loosing my brother but just know it does get easier to think about your brother Justin and not burst into tears. how long that will be i am not sure just know there will be a day. I am always living life to the fullest like my brother did. every so often i would go out and do something he loved doing. Like hiking, i really dislike hiking but i do it with my Mom cause my brother and Mom were the hikers of the family. Love you Jared and Britt.
