    Hey, everyone! I'm finally back. Sorry I was gone. This took me a long time to make. This video is just about my dunk progress I have made over the past year. I managed to gain over 10 inches of vertical! I was 5'3 1/2 in the beginning of the timeline, and now I'm 5'8. I've worked very hard over these 12 months, but I also got hurt during September from landing on one foot instead of two. I had really bad knee pains in my left knee.     I’m 13 and I’m like you when I could barley touch backboard I grinded and on my 14 birthday I dunked it. Keep working hard

    I was able to touch 10ft rim too at 13, but now 14 and try to attempt dunking on a 10ft rim and dunk in games aswell.
    I hope you reach your goal of dunking on 10ft rims too 😃

    Keep up the grind g. Although i do suggest landing on both legs due to the fact that there’s a higher chance of injuring yourself when u land on one

    Amazing job! I want to do the same, so I started jumping yesterday. I can currently only touch the backboard with my fingertips (standing vert)

    Use verti max . that how you see all them 13 yr old freshmans doing windmills and eastbay dunks

      sprint, do bodyweight stuff like calf raises and jump squats. then just build up

    Stop landing on one feet, and try getting a better arm swing, and work on your 2 foot approach

      Idk about 2 foot, I can dunk but only 2 handed at 178cm that is like 5´10 or so idk, and im one foot jumper, feels much more natural for me since I did distance jumping in athletics, 2 feet is more common and less taxing but I guess its prefference

      It's not more of a like try not to, but if you do lend on one leg, put that other leg down asap, it helps you to not get injured .
