I'm a fan that welcomes the challenge, I remember vividly pretty much all the times in the last 15 years where my Yankees fell short where the dodgers have choked in the multiple times making it to the World Series besides the Mickey Mouse 2020 title, I was a young 4th grader when the Yankees last one so I'm feeling good that they'll play confident and fearless because without those they don't have a chance, they're battle tested Kansas City and Cleveland weren't cake walks
No chance Shohei has more pressure than Judge. Judge has come close a couple times and hes playing poorly. he should be feeling more pressure. Shohei has a long contract and this is his first year. Lots of time to be back plus the LA roster is so injured. way more excuses lined up for LA. almost none for NY. I say more pressure to Judge.
Agreed. This is Ohtani's first postseason, he's already had a great month with a .934 postseason OPS right now, and he's not even pitching yet. Judge has crashed out 7 times and still has an OPS barely over .700 this month.
Definitely more EYES on Shohei though. I know a ton of casual baseball fans who are not fans of EITHER team who are only watching because of Ohtani. Not to mention the entire country of Japan.

It's an even world series the dodgers probably have a deeper lineup than the yankees. But rotation wise I give it to the yankees. Bullpen wise I think dodgers might a little deeper. But this world series is going 7 games
I just don't want to see the Yankees embarrassed by stolen bases though out the series. I know Wells is at least a little better then Terveno but please noting like that Red Sox's game we all witnessed early in the season. That was so bad.....

idk how you can say the Dodgers are the favorite maybe because they have more stars and are a better offensive team but the Yankees can flex their muscles too we have power and pitching
both teams are evenly match but the edge goes to both teams they both can pitch and hit you can say the Yankees have better pitching and the offense of the dodgers is better. but to me either team can win it i'm a Yankees fan and i hope we win it because we overcame so much this season. and it would be nice to win it all because it's been 15 years since our last WS.

Yankees got better staters, Dodgers got slightly 1-9 and the Dodger bullpen is better. Dodgers are more battle tested. Every team the Dodgers have played have had better starters than them. I think the Yankee bullpen might get exposed. The Yankees need the bats going 1-9 and they can definitely do it.
Dodger’s pen isn’t better. Outside of Phillips and Treinen, they really don’t have a whole lot pitching wise

@@erichuffman98Dodgers bullpen single-handedly beat the Padres. Their high leverage arms have been elite the entire postseason. Treinen, Phillips, Vesia, Kopech, Hudson, Banda, Casparius. Plus they have two or three guys that can go 3-5 innings if the game is out of hand to preserve the high leverage arms. The Dodgers have 6 guys with a sub 2 ERA, the Yankees have 3
