      At what temperature did you cook the chicken chasu? Your pot said keep warm but I don't have an instant pot or pressure cooker.

    The recipe you used for the tori paitan soup in this video is different from the recipe you used in the Tori Paitan Ramen video, as the other video used a whole chicken and wings with a pressure pot. Those ingredients were a lot easier for me to get ahold of and the soup was great! Is one of these recipes better than the other? I thought I about making the miso tare you made in this video and using it with the soup from the other video. Do you think that would work?

      There are many recipes for toripaitan, so you can use whatever ingredients you can find or whatever you prefer.
      i think no problem making other soup ramen with this miso sauce!pls try and let me know :)

    最近外国人には”北海道”味噌ラーメンが人気だとか。普通の味噌ラーメンではなく、北海道味噌ラーメンだと差別化に繋がるかと!!あと超ドロドロ豚骨ラーメン…(笑)

    Is this recipe can be make but with cooking sake and mirin is omitted?.I mean,to make a halal version one.

    • @Fatbutnotflat
      @Fatbutnotflat 4 года назад +1

      Remove sake and replace mirin with sugar, and maybe add honey/rice vinegar. You also need halal soy sauce.

    I can tell that the soup is not chickeny enough, you should have added chicken dark meat
