@@danielmckay5029 We really did. Being a musician these days is like being the young kid at school. By the time it's your turn to have a go, everyone else has moved on from the game and isn't interested in playing anymore
Back when Australia had amazing music festivals like livid and big day out you could see some amazing local and international bands it’s such a shame they done really exist here anymore
Growing up in Melbourne in the late 90’s was so good. Could catch a good band any day of the week. Saw Frenzal at the Corner in Richmond and Punters club on Brunswick Street back around that time. I think The Blue Meanies, played that night at the Punters as well. Saw them at heap of festivals as well. They always sounded great live. They’re still sounding great live!
seriously one of the best bands ever. they dont take themselves seriously the music is fun, the rythm is fantastic and Jay is pretty fucking good on vocals. They have a great formula
Late 90's and early 2000's were a great time to be 20 in Australia. Livid, Homebake, Big Day Out. So many great Aussie bands and great festivals. I remember buzzing on speed and seeing Sunk Loto for the first time. I was running around yelling "Skunk Lotto!!!". I've won the Skunk Lotto. Good times.
Dal's gone from uploading sets to playing them, nice
So glad I was in my 20s in the late nineties! What a great time for music
I was in my mid to late teens. What a time! We were so spoilt for music, no decade will ever live up to that.
Absafucknloutly......loves the music scene back then......the generation today missed out
Sucker I was in my late teens
Fuck, so jelly. I was 20s late 2000s, caught a heap of great shows like Frenzal multiple times. But missed this peak shit too

Incredible bass work! Great band live.
And crazy that the uploader is now their bassist!
That day was probably the most drug fucked crowd I’ve ever been involved in. The acid that was going around that day was crazy.
Makes you proud.
I wish so much i could go back to 99 2000 and do it all again, miss all the great bands so much man, fuck
