Ingredients:
1.5/2 kg chicken 🍗
Salt 🧂
Black pepper 🌶️
Dried garlic 🧄
200 g sour cream 🥛
5 cloves of garlic 🧄
50 g butter 🧈
Preparation:
Wash and thoroughly dry the chicken. Cut along the backbone, as shown in the video.
Sprinkle the chicken with a mixture of salt, black pepper, and dried garlic on both sides.
Mix sour cream and chopped fresh garlic in a bowl.
Place a pan on the stove, add butter, and then the chicken. Fry on one side until golden brown.
Flip the chicken and fry the other side until golden brown.
Brush one side of the chicken with the sour cream and garlic mixture and flip. Repeat this step each time until the chicken is fully cooked.
Continue frying the chicken until fully cooked, constantly brushing with the sauce and flipping.
