I am still enjoying following you guys. I'm still way behind, but catching up. Nashville was our home for the decade of the '60's. The Parthenon is not "random" at all. A second nickname for "Music City USA" is "The Athens of the South" because of its multiple colleges and universities. Vanderbilt, which swallowed up Peabody, is just across the road from the Parthenon. I spent many hours at the art exhibits at the Parthenon after work while waiting for traffic to die down for a pleasant drive home. The little town has changed a lot since we left. It's latest nickname is "NashVegas"! Enjoyed the vlog, as always.
Oh that ice cream! 😋 I give you lots of credit for eating ice cream not only once but twice on such a COLD day 🥶! It looked soooo yummy! Nashville looks really cute...thanks for sharing another great place to see! I hope you both are feeling better! PS...Loved Adam’s jumping and your moves! 😆
Vlogging in the cold was definitely very challenging, but we couldn’t miss out on a day of exploring a new city! Can’t wait to go back when it’s warmer and do a lot more! 🙌🏼☀️
Love your videos! I just saw this one from Nashville today. We live in Franklin which is about 30 minutes from downtown Nashville. If you make your way back here, I would recommend that you check out Franklin too! Also many great hikes to waterfalls in the area.
Ahhh......you guys sounded like you had a pretty good cold going on!! Hate colds!! Looked like a good time though! Our stop in Nashville last year was not a good one but only because we were suppose to stay in a hotel on the outskirts of town........hotel was sooooo sketchy that after I got the key we ended up traveling to Clarksville and staying there! lol
This was filmed exactly a year ago I believe and it's pretty wild to think of what has happened since. And now we wonder if anytime we felt sick around this time if it was secretly COVID, before COVID was really a big deal and we knew much about it. Oh no!!! That is not fun! Glad you listened to your gut and moved though!
Loved Broadway last time my wife and I stayed in Nashville. Too bad the weather was so cold 🥶. We went in April and hit a few places Dirks Bentley and Jason Aldeans place. We ate at Aldeans the food was great I think I had buffalo sliders with a table of barbecue choices. Plus they had a Rocking band on the roof we sat on the roof railing watching the crowds walk by. The art gallery at Centennial Park was cool inside the Parthenon and Athena and her 🐍 serpent. The details in that thing was crazy like all the scales on the snakes tail. They have a nice 2mile trail there that goes around the lake, it was 70s we we went there it was beautiful walk 😍
“Shut the Cluck up”, lol. Absolutely love the names of the food. Thanks for another great video guys. I’ve been binge watching your videos, when I should be editing lol. Looking at your Kit now....Would you say you use the crane a good majority of the time? Is it pretty easy to put on/take off without rebalancing?
Hahaha isn't it so funny?! We use the gimbal probably 90% of the time. We are too shaky without it lol! Although, it is kind of a pain to carry and is sometimes a bit finicky. It's easy to take on and off without rebalancing as long as you're using the same lens. If we want to use our zoom lens, we would have to rebalance it, which is sort of a pain (but gets easier over time) so we typically shoot by hand then. Hope that helps!
Thanks for your commitment today, that must be tough to have such an happy face when this face is freezing :) How comfy is your van by cold weather? You have a diesel-powered air blower as far as I remember, but how is life inside? cold floor, condensation on the doors, something to change to your design?
It was definitely a bit tough at times lol! But we are glad we didn’t freeze to death 🥶🥶 And the van gets very warm! We have used the heater almost 24/7 the last few weeks. We do get condensation on the windows and the floor can get cold without the heater. But we sleep like babies with the heater on! We had the heater not work once (due to low diesel) on a 1 degree night. Now that was tough lol!
We were in Nashville the same weekend..... We found a great NY Bagel store over by Belmont University called Proper Bagel..... killer bagels and the most amazing Espresso & Hot chocolate with a homemade marshmallow.... delicious
Adventures of A plus K It was our first time to Nashville and had a great weekend... Great to see that we did some of the same things .... Look forward to seeing you upcoming adventures
So cool you guys got to meet Kara and Nate and go to their party! Also I’m so jealous about the hot chicken! We went to Nashville Thanksgiving 2018 and I’m still trying to get my hot chicken fix here in Houston. A new place is opening up here so fingers crossed 🤞. Here’s a video of my Nashville experience ruclips.net/video/wCKHKOVpUrU/видео.html
It was a blast! But very cold. We’d love to go back when it’s not so cold haha. We are currently taking a little break, but will be back on the road soon 😃
It's no wonder that you guys want to stay overnight in free or very cheap places when you spend the same amount of money on coffee ☕ drinks and ice cream!!! Good grief, I could rent a Motel 6 room for what you two spend on coffee drinks and 'lattes'!!! Take that with "a grain of salt" as I really enjoy your vlogs! We just spend money on different priorities! 💜
You mentioned Kara and Nate are your inspiration, you two are ours. Especially for our book we're still working on. Rock on!
Y’all are awesome! We appreciate y’all’s support! 🥰🥰
Makes me feel so proud to see people coming to my hometown and just trying all the fun stuff
Nashville is a blast! Can’t wait to come back!

I think that Crema coffee shop you went to at the beginning of the video is part of a chain of 2 Crema coffee shops, the other one being in Denver.
Love Kara and Nate, love you guys, love TN
❤️❤️❤️❤️
Really fun starting with a Nashville fried chicken foodie followup guys.
And what better way to end with great tacos😁
Best wishes, James and Kim
A pretty epic food day! Can’t go wrong with fried things, ice cream, and tacos! 😋😋
Great quick tour of Nashville. There's noting better than the hot chicken!
Soooo good! How hot have you tried?
Ohio here! Love me some Jeni’s too!
What’s your favorite flavor? Every one we have tried is sooo good 😍

Franklin does look very nice! That’s on our list to check out next time! Thanks and thanks for watching!
The dance clubs are on 2nd avenue in downtown Nashville.

70s sounds so nice!!! We didn't get to have the true Broadway experience, but we will have to give it a shot next time!
As a native Nashvillian, I always get a little nervous when a video like this is suggested to me on RUclips, but you guys nailed it!
That’s awesome to here! Thanks and thanks for watching, Preston!
Another Cluckin awesome vlog guy's 😁😁
Heheheh thanks Glenn! 😜
Heading to Nashville in 3 weeks!

We were in Nashville the same weekend.....
We found a great NY Bagel store over by Belmont University called Proper Bagel..... killer bagels and the most amazing Espresso & Hot chocolate with a homemade marshmallow.... delicious
And we we loved Hattie B’s ......the best....
We are definitely adding that to the list for next time! We looooove bagels!
What spice level did you get at Hattie B’s?
Adventures of A plus K
We were wimpy and did mild..... but the pimento Mac and cheese was killer
Matthew Hamilton not wimpy! The hot was very borderline for us. It was even hotter the next day as leftovers!
Adventures of A plus K
It was our first time to Nashville and had a great weekend...
Great to see that we did some of the same things ....
Look forward to seeing you upcoming adventures
Love Nashville. Spent 2 working days while on long haul load back in 2009. Lots to see. Where were you able to park downtown without being hassled?
I meant park for the night to sleep
We had an Airbnb one night for the party and then parked outside of town at truck stops the rest of the time!

Yup! We are aware of that, but Hattie's had a gluten free option for Kathryn.
