Maybe you already know, or maybe not, in Japan you have to register your bikes as well ^_^.
Not so; you can buy bikes, but If you buy expensive bikes here, especially the electric assist ones, then for INSURANCE PURPOSES, you register them in case they are stolen. Our first two higher end e-bikes we bought 12 years ago still run like new (replaced batteries) and the ones for our children are even better. In the UK I bought around 12 bicycles, over 12 years and every last one of them vanished while the cops laughed.
This is the kind of vlogs that entertains me - no screaming, no overly fast-paced transitions, no stupid sound effects, just get to see Pewds living his life normally and respectfully as well.

You can use your new hanko as a “mitomein” or an everyday hanko!
The hanko you have to register to the town hall is a “jitsuin” and is the most important hanko. It’s used for situations like buying real estate, cars, renting apartments, etc. There is also a “ginkouin” or bank hanko which you register at the bank and is used for large withdrawals, making credit cards, opening accounts, etc. Not all banks need this so it depends on your bank.
When it’s not a formal case, people might still ask for a hanko. You can use your “mitomein” or daily hanko in those cases like for example when you get a package delivered!
It’s recommended to have each of these hankos. If you use one hanko for all purposes and you lose it, it could be a problem. If you ever want to change hankos, you can always bring your new and old hanko and go to the bank or town hall and ask for a change 😊
If you want to make new hankos or are confused which kind works for which situation, the super nice hanko shop will probably know best!

you know, i think that Felix and Marzia are going to do well in Japan. as someone who lives in Japan, I think that their relaxed and agreeable personalities will fit in well. there are a lot of bureaucratic things that seem unnecessarily complicated, but it seems like those two have the patience to bear it out, plus the good worldview to appreciate all the great and beautiful parts of Japan

when i say "do well", i mean doing well at generally integrating into the culture, not a financial/emotional "do well". (and yes, unfortunately without being/looking japanese, you will never fully integrate, but that's a different topic). there are a lot of people (who are fine, great people) who don't "do well" in japan just because the culture clashes with their personality. i've witnessed it.
does being rich make their life easier than most lives. sure. does being rich necessitate that they will integrate and be accepted/liked by the average japanese citizen? of course not.
i am not rich and am living/working in Japan. you don't need to be rich to get a visa to be here (when covid restrictions aren't in effect). i've "done well" here because i can, generally, get along with people and not come across as overly aggressive. and i think that, in these vlogs, both felix and marzia have demonstrated an easygoing, non-confrontational demeanor, which is an attitude that works well in japan. that's all i was saying in my original comment.
As much as I am a fan of Felix and have supported him for years, I can't agree with you. As a Japanese, I don't think he will stay here longer than a few years at most.
It's not a country suited for everyone. I think he's living in a honeymoon period at the moment. It won't last.
