Hi Stacy, we are doing an episode about jowling in the near future. Did you know that most "jowls" that people complain about are not real? Real jowls -- caused by weakening and detachment of ligaments and muscles -- occur only when people are in their mid 70s or older. And even then, not everyone gets them. Stay tuned.
Not sure if I will agree with not using Vit C ( mine is combined with Collagen) or Retinol under the eye area. I use my Vit C in the mornings and my retinol at nights. I've been using these for a while and my dark circles lightened up so much and my under eyes wrinkles look way better. Even my eyelids look better. So many compliments I've gotten. So I won't stop. Me too. I take my tretinoin, l-ascorbic acid, and even glycolic acid right up near my lash margins, top and bottom. Hi!! Yes! I made videos on this topic before. Only certain products like IS clinical and skinceuticals have specific L Ascorbic Acid products for the eye area ❤️❤️
You guys are absolutely right about fat loss in the under eye area. But guess where it starts? You first lose the dermal fat cells. Yes, the skin has it's own dermal fat cells and they are damaged by sun exposure. Sun exposure? How do the UV rays reach the fat cells? They don't. The UV rays harm the epidermis, which in turn stops sending trophic signals down to the fat cells in the dermis. So what can you do about this? There's actually quite a bit.

Dr. Stef, you had me when you were talking about loss of fat pads under the eyes and how they shift. I'm 55 and have that issue. It makes me look so tired and puffy! I literally just ordered the eye serum of yours on Skin Truth!
Yes! The aging face is constantly changing. One of the biggest physiologic changes that occurs is the flattening and separation of the fat pads under the skin. This leads to under eye hollows, jowls and festoons :(. But addressing these minor changes over time gives the most beautiful and natural outcomes.

Just recently ran out of so many products and ready to repurchase. Also my doctor just told me I could use Retin A again again (autoimmune disease)
Hi Carole, here's a suggestion. Use a high quality but very simple face oil. Most plant oils contain long-chain fatty acids and they will stimulate adipogenesis. But use the face oil once or twice per week only.

we have no affiliation with this company. but this is an inexpensive, well made product.
@@aeducator1 suggestions on what kind of face oil?
@@carolesimmons9476 hi Carole, we suggested "the cleanse oil" from live crude. We don't have a direct relationship with them but they were recommended by Jessica DeFino, who is a journalist and skincare expert that we have faith in.
They are both so pretty!!!😍❤️
Thank you!
What was the Dr.mentioning around 17:11 or there abouts regarding an under eye treatment she actually performs on herself? Thank you so much for excellent videos 😊
Thank you!! It was V Beam laser ❤️❤️
Thank you ladies for such amazing video🙌 I definitely need to try this eye serum. My eyes are very sensitive so most of eye creams do irritate my eyes. I also heard good things about Osmosis AC something for lid tightening. So many say that its great for hooded eyes. Would you suggest ! And is it good for sensitive eyes? Also how strong is this brand retinol serum? . I have sensitive skin and just using for now Shani darden Texture reform, which its not really real retinol. I want to start something stronger, but not too strong, to start . Thank you kindly and have a blessed day 🧡🙏
Will the Airemd Eye Complex help with creepy skin on eye lids? Is there a code for this eye cream as well?
You two are my favorite duo!!! Love all the information and have been using Osmosis for a long time. Also love the DNA photozyme under my eyes. I really want to try Dr. Stephanie’s eye serum soon as I use the other up.
This is off topic….but I love your Hoop earrings Stephanie and Brianna. Where do you get them?
I’ve been putting my RetinA on my eye skin 😬 oops. It has been drying the skin out faster 😵💫
Can you do a video on which growth factor cream to use please. Thank You
Osmosis stemfactor, Neocutis bio serum firm, Skinmedica tns advanced, Neogenesis recovery. All the best ones!!!
Brianna, are you using Obadi or revitalash on your lashes?
What is this product called? I must have missed that part somehow
What about retinol products made for eyes we shouldn't use it?
Thx again ladies great video. 💖you both.
Thank you so much Kara!! ❤️❤️
any talk of prp/stem cell facials to rejuvenate without lasers or RF?
Hi Ladies, I'm NEW here, can I use my Vitamin C serum under my eyes,?? You mentioned green tea polyphenols?polyphenol?? Where do I Purchase the products you're talking about
Hi! It’s all linked in the description box and I carry them on my skintruth.com site. But no face C serum should go under the eyes 😊❤️
You can watch my recent video on the changes in the aging face and treatments that we can do to correct these changes.
Hi Lorraine, so true!
Brianna, what kind of work do you get done to your lips? And your face?
Watch my videos I talk about everything I’ve ever tried or done and what I’ve recently had dissolved. I don’t do much!
I really wanna follow you but could you honestly tell me you haven’t used fillers for your under eyes ??
You should for real honest reviews. And no I absolutely have no filler under my eyes 😊
@@BriannaStanko Yea! That’s what I love the most ! But what about Dr Stef does she have under eye fillers?
@@sandiibchz i think Stephanie does have under eye filler its looks like it cheek and or eye filler but it looks good
@@lillyteslow5310 yea it does look good lol but I wanted to see if the advice they were giving in this video was related to how her under eyes look now..so thank you
Exactly. Give all the info on dates and treatments you are both doing for your eyes just starting this year. I am sure it is a lot more than just creams , v beam and fraxel
Love Steph coming on! But god she needs to learn to listen without speaking on top of you while you are having a chance to speak ahaha Can’t wait to try her eye cream! Xx
Sorry!! I get excited when I am with Brianna!! We usually are both very limited on time and have so much to say! My b!! xx
@@DrStefaniKappel I am very grateful for all of your information its very helpful. I can't afford $100 eye creams and serums so are there any inexpensive products that actually work? I understand that ingredients and the way things are formulated get expensive and that's why some cheaper products don't work but are there any that you recommend?
It would help if the dermatologist spoke facing the audience.......
I find green tee extract more drying than vitamin c
Hi Brianna how do I get my hands to look plump with no veins look? N I want my cheeks to look naturally plump. I hope to hear from u soon.
you quickly mentioned a treatment that is great for dark circles under the eyes....it sounded like you said VB treatment. Can you clarify what treatment you were referring to?
Yes v beam laser 😊
I have been using Truth treatment vitamin C all over my face and eyes.l (I use 3 drops plus a squirt of osmosis stemfactor mixed with the biometric mist and blend) I have not seen any irritation in the 3-4 years I have been using it. Since Dr. Ben Fuchs uses a different type of vitamin C, is it safer? Thank you. I Appreciate all of the great information you share. ❤️
Hi!! That’s a different form and won’t cause irritation there so you’re fine 🥰❤️
Also I just purchased algenist eye cream, i like it for puffyness and hydration it hasn't done much for my dark circles.
That brand is terrible! It will not chèvre your actual skin!

so pretty ❤❤ love videos with you two. happy Friday!
Love you girl! Thank you!! ❤️💕
@@BriannaStanko love you!
I get milia easily. Which one would you recommend?
Love this video! I want to try the Thermal and Fraxel.
Be careful. Thermal and Fraxel both have the potential to injure the skin's fat cells.
What was the tip just before sunscreen under the eyes? I didn’t catch what she said and the word is missing in the transcript also. The Dr said I do this to myself for the color under her eyes. Thanks!
Colorescience total eye. It’s tinted spf/concealer. I linked it in the description box. I use it daily too and have many videos on it 🙌🏼❤️
Such an informative video. I have a few questions, what's the name of the new serum this doctor formulated, I went through the description of products mentioned but there are a few.
It’s the MDaire 😊
About how long would you'd say a bottle of the AiREMD eye serum lasts using daily twice a day? It's pricey but I could justify the cost if it lasts a couple of months or so 😊
Hi Brianna I was trying to pay consultation fee but it's only available in America im in Canada so what I do please answer.
So helpful! Thank you!
These skin care products are out of most peoples price range. Are there any you can recommend that are good quality but less expensive please.
Great video. What was the eye-serum? I am not sure. Can I order it from Sweden? 🙂
Can u recommend products that are good?
They are all in the description box listed with links ☺️
@@BriannaStanko thank you for some reason it didn't show at first. I appreciate the quick response
Does it matter if we use niacinamide in serum form or cream?
I use GF but recently started using peptides ( skinbetter science interfuse and or revisions revox) but when I use under my eyes I wake up looking 20 yrs older, creepy, morelines and wrinkles???? Am I doing something wrong???
I just watched a video today with someone promoting Osmosis C serum and they put it under and on their eyelids. Is that a no no?
Once I had it done and one under eye has a bubble it’s horrible like a bump
I need something for my cheeks need fat pads there. N I need my hands plumped I have too many veins n my skin is thin please help.
What is the name of Stephanie's eye cream? Is it available on the skin truth website? Great video!
Hi Lisa! Yea it’s on skin truth. It’s linked in the description. It’s AireMD ☺️❤️
Thank you ♥️ What was the name of the eye serum ?
Hi! It’s linked in the description box under the AireMD eye complex ☺️❤️
So where is the link to her eye serum
It’s the description box. It’s AireMD 😊
I have been watch u tube about product under eye, I been useing vitamine c cream for under eye unfortunley it dones work at all.
Request which is the best product to use remove dark circle under eye?
Is clinical c eye advanced
Which product for the eyes are you referring to here in the video, not sure which is for Dr. Stephanie’s eye serum. And what were the different procedures you recommend for the eye area.
Hi Denise! Her product is the AiremD one ;)
Everyone's skin is different.
I can fo thing's to my skin others can't! Black women age differently. My skin is so oily at 60 I look 49 or eating 50s.
Would you still recommend Osmosis Catalyst AC-11 around the eyes? Or just one of these?
I do the catalyst around my eyes at night with an eye cream on top. Definitely need the eye cream and for daytime too ❤️❤️
Thank you for the video 😊 Brianna, how about the Skinceuticals AOX eye gel? It has Vit C
That’s made specifically for the eyes and is great!!
@@BriannaStanko I
remember you mentioning it from time time, I use it and love it 🥰 thank you!
@@beautychemistry Hi, what are the visible improvements you’ve seen with this gel? Thanks!
@@BeckyCantu Hi! At one point I changed my whole regime. I started using it together with the Skinceuticals eye cream and SPF everyday. Overall my under eye area looks and feels better. The same with the vit C serums for the face I would say ☺️
I can't do vitamin c around the eyes bc it is a brighter and it is blinding during daylight.
Retin A and other vitamin A products damage the Meibomian Glands of the eyes. I have suffered from Meibomian Gland Disease for 10 years and have only recently found out that using retinol around the eyes is probably the reason why. I was told to use these products by dermatologists, who know nothing about MGD. This has made me so angry. MGD is not reversible.
Can one use copper peptides under the eyes?
You can dab a little NIOD's CAIS serum under your eyes...which contains copper and is very blue! I have read them recommend this for thickening the skin there as well as all its incredible ingredients (before putting on eye serum)...I do it but not every single day due to the price and also I just feel it's a little too powerful for everyday use...
Wait a minute....
Why does Dr. Stefani look so different on this channel?
I feel DUPED.
She looks much younger and youthful on her channel.
Does she use some sort of "Filter" or something on her Channel?
She said somewhere she has since moved away from fillers and more into lasers, so she definitely looks different now by design, just a swap of types of procedures.
@BlobNeon
I want to know if she uses some sort of "FILTER" on her videos or Phone.
Compare her videos to this video.
She looks MUCH younger on the videos she posts on her Channel.
@@Cali_Girl1 gotcha, yeah big difference for sure
How can I have your product shipped to Canada? Please!!! ❤️😘💋xo
Can you list the under-eye treatments that were mentioned? Not the filler but the 3 others (I think 2 were lasers)
Yes! Fraxel and v beam for dark circles ❤️❤️
