If higher uf capacitors led flashes slow, if lower uf capacitors speed fast.

But in this circuit u have used 100uf & 220uf capacitors respectively??

I used different uf capacitors because the red led consumes less power than blue led, As you can see I've used only 4 modules of blue as compared to 5 modules of Red, still blue leds charge & discharge 100uf capacitor rapidly than Red.
It means blue led on time will be high than Red, so to balance on time equally i used 220uf capacitor to increase on time of Red as Blue.

Yes you can use any PNP power transistors, but take note of pin outs, as it may be different than other model
