Tem uma pequena chance dele estar vivo mas ela é pequena dms entao infelizmente acho que ele morreu mas tem umas teorias que são as seguintes: 1- L.Lawliet (nome real dele pra quem não sabe) ele escreveu o nome dele antes do shinigami (Rem) e então ele conseguiu colocar o seu tempo de vida lá pra frente (que no caso seria bem dificil por causa que não tem como saber seu tempo de vida... Mas não é impossivel ver um shinigami e ele falar pro L ou quem viu o livro Another Note qm sabe beyond pode ter falado pra ele ) 2 - L pode ter feito alguem tentar acertar o nome dele e escrever o nome dele no caderno 4 vezes ja que muita gente não pensaria que L era uma parte do nome dele poderia dar certo 3- Rem pode não ter conseguido terminar o nome dele e L fingiu morrer e ajudou Near a achar o verdadeiro Kira 4 - alguem pode ter usado a eraser (é uma borracha que ela no caso quando algum nome era escrito no death note e o corpo ainda estivesse bem por exemplo não tava decomposto ou só os ossos se apagasse o nome a pessoa voltaria a vida) e apagado o nome dele já que no capitulo piloto de death note (o primeiro de death note antes de Ligth Yagami e os outros) eles queimaram a borracha mas oque ninguem pensou é que a borracha foi queimada mas será que não tem outras borrachas ou ate o Life Note?

In the Death Note 13: How to Read manga, it states that any time L gives a percentage of possibility to a person who he considers Kira, no matter the actual percentage, it really means he suspects that person over 90%. Many times throughout the series, we see L give a percentage on the possibility of Light being Kira. Even during his internal monologues, he gives Light a false number. From the way L talks, he assumes Light to be Kira 100%, but can’t get the evidence to prove so.
