  • With its growing adaptation and high utility, Service Design might be your next career move in UX! ProjectUX host Brandon Ward breaks down the different elements that make up the complex web of service design with real-world examples such as Nest and with some guidance from Totoro.
Service Design is the planning and organization of the entire infrastructure of a service to ensure the highest level of quality for its customers. This includes managing all the digital and material touch points of customer interaction so that the service is user-friendly, competitive and relevant to the customers.
ProjectUX is a Dallas UX Agency and UX Media creator. We work with startups to help improve their products and spread the word of good design and user experience practices, including UX research.
UX (user experience) research is the systematic investigation of users and their requirements, in order to add context and insight into the process of designing the user experience. UX research employs a variety of techniques, tools, and methodologies to reach conclusions, determine facts, and uncover problems, thereby revealing valuable information which can be fed into the design process.
