You’re the greatest. There are so many reviewers out there but your quality and genuine nature make your videos just that much better. I found you from your a royal oud cinematic masterpiece and have been here since. Keep up the amazing work, you deserve the world.
My spring but more summer recommendation: I smelled Goldfield & Banks - Bohemian Lime 2 weeks ago and it's dynamite. Fresh, mass appealing, long lasting and fruity.... really love this one!
The Galloway x Paper analogy is gold George. I constantly find myself rewatching your vids for the purpose of pinpointing those brief deliveries of your poetry to sharpen my own intellect. That Versace man eau fraiche vid is still dear to me because it was my first fragrance, handed down from my brother in law and wore it during my first ever 2 month long visit to San Diego, California to see my cousins.
I just came across your channel a few weeks ago, and it has quickly become my go to channel for scents, both reviews, and a trusted source if I'm thinking about blind buying. Thanks for the content and keep it up man, looking forward to seeing all the growth that I'm sure will be coming in the next months and years
Glad to see somebody give Galloway some love. I discovered it at the Jeremy Fragrance event at the Parfums De Marly store in NYC a few years ago, where he sprayed 11 sprays on himself....yeah Anyways, I recently discovered your channel with that Creed video. Just wanted to say that you are the most unique and exciting channel I've come across. You have a new subscriber and fan, and am excited for more of your content in the future!
As someone in the southern Hemisphere I appreciate when we get Vids appropriate to our seasons so don't be shy, recommending as you please, its always something somewhere and your audience is global
I really dig your vids George...you bring something different to the table...Great selection 👌...have Oud Rain on my list for a while now...will definitely pick it up this year !
Is it bad that I guessed your number 1 correctly before the video started 🤣. Seriously though, I bought Milestone after watching your review and I was absolutely taken back by how good it was for £35! You're a legend... By far the best in the fragrance game imo
The galloway description is spot on but is pretty addicting. That's the opening for an hour or so then it gets wayyy better. The dry down is the magic.
Awesome video as usual George! Your content is unsurpassed and unequaled. I haven’t smelled all of the fragrances in this list, but I know you have great taste so I’ll take your word for it. One niche fragrance I’m looking forward to wearing in the warmer weather is Vetiver Sensuel by Mancera. Juicy, fresh citrus and a nice clean Vetiver. Doesn’t get better than that! Anyway, be well m8! Cheers! 🍻
Hi, love the vid! Just some feedback: it would be nice to have a list of the mentioned fragrances in the description box so we can just copy paste onto Google :)
Have many. Waiting for warmer weather. But try Ormonde Jayne Montabaco Verano. The grapefruit opening is great. And looking at Bvlgari Tygar my decant is great. Agian with the grapefruit. Ha. Thanks for the content. Be safe.
Creed Millesime Imperial is a nice sent. I've used it during the summer but for the price point I would never buy it again. For that price I want the fragrance to last longer. After the 3 hour mark it doesn't really project.
@@hocineted7594 I like the sent better than aventus. But I'm not willing to fork out over 400 bucks for a cologne anymore. More money for me cause I'm in Canada
Great list and I enjoyed it and I like Creed millisime imperial and I give it a 9 out of 10 and I'm going to try the other fragrances and have a blessed day
@@hocineted7594 to me kind of a daft question. They’re both getting watered down with each year that passes. Creed are effectively, committing suicide every year.
Wulong Cha, Ege, Oceania, got a bottle of Orion by Tiziani Terenzi on the way and am looking to get a bottle of The orchid man by Frapin. And maybe green Irish tweed and defitely will be rocking Creed's vetiver and Roja's vetiver
You should try the OG Millesime Imperials. I hear the 2010-2012 batches in the clear bottles are better than the gold bottles. Ps they are creamier due to the iris note.
Cool video George! Is this your latest Millie bottle? Can you make a video to compare your older and newer bottle? How do you stand on the "maceration" theorie. I read people claiming that Creeds change a lot after months/years of maceration and this resulting in the idea that older batches are always better/stronger. I just bought a new bottle, partly influenced by you. :) I'm happy with it, although it is quite soft in performance, but you find this type of comment if you go years back in the reviews.
George, have you tried Pegwell Bay by Haeckels? It's a superb spring and summer fragrance with amazing performance. So natural - perfect in every way. I'm surprised hardly anybody talks about it, but you can check out the review by Mr Smelly or Wafts from the loft. I bet you will like Pegwell Bay.
Also hiding in plain sight...I thought you were going to also pick ARMAF-Sillage You’re turning into my fragrance go to guy George. I’m still trying to get my nose on Oud Rain or Kisses Rain 🇨🇦
I would say it's more of a season forecast rather than recommendations, fragrances you're looking forward to try or wear. You can recommend them mid season after actually wearing them 😁
Guessing Millesime Imperial is recommended best you are talking about niche? Armaf Milestone is less than a Weekend Weatherspoon's tab so doesn't fall into this video's category. Fingers crossed that the UK will be allowed to travel in the height of summer because there's a villa in Portugal or Southern Italy with my name on it!
Good video brother, I’m looking forward to finally wearing the shit out of my aqcua viva! Vodka on the rocks! Gentleoumo mefisto! Renaissance! Afternoon swim!!!!
Try a sample of Chypre Mousse by Oriza L. Legrand sometime. I'd be curious to hear your thoughts on it. I've been leaning towards getting a full bottle for the upcoming spring in four weeks where I am.
I’ve got an ass ton of designer fragrances. Could we get some recommendations on 3 to 5 niche alternatives to a popular designer fragrance? For instance, I would be extremely interested in three niche alternatives to ADG.
Parfums De Marly Sedley. I hate to admit just how bloody gorgeous a freshie it is. Very different to other freshies out there, better. And a slight droplet of sex appeal.
I second this. Poor longevity. God, the Armaf clone is so much superior. Even my Aventus of 2020 is a joke compared to my 2016 bottle. Never again dropping 450 Canadian Dollar on Creed fragrances.
I just got a bottle of Milestone........ eh 🤷♂️ it’s really nice it’s similar to MI (from what I can remember I currently don’t have a bottle or a sample so cannot compare them) but to me Milestone 1 - is lacking backbone. It smells like a sweetish watermelon scent but it’s severely lacking the depth of MI and the saltiness too. I’m not really getting any of the salty vibe in Milestone but probably more importantly 2 - it smells kinda cheap and synthetic. It’s obvious. Honestly if it were in a Britney Spears bottle and was called “Britney For Men” I would believe it

Honestly anyone wearing a cravat on youtube is probably going to know the best niche fragrances
I really liked the way you described Oud Rain. You're very good at painting a picture, so to speak.

You have a very laid back and therapeutic style of reviewing and its quite refreshing.

Haven't tried Galloway but Lalique White is said to be similar. A wonderful scent.
Galloway is my favorite from PDM.

Hermes Eau Des Merveilles. Just got it. It's a great spring scent IMHO. Fresh but warm. Orange, lemon, pink pepper, black pepper, fir, vetiver, cedar.
One of your best videos was on Dueto Citiver....a top-10 Spring choice IMO. Cheers.
Great video George!!!! Dope simile & metaphors!!!! I'm looking forward to wearing Sundrunk by Imaginary Authors & Pulp by Byredo!! Keep em coming

Creed fragrances are weird, the more expensive they get the less they perform. I stopped buying Creed 5 years ago.
Is better than aventus ?

Golden green by Xerjoff for spring is what I'm mostly looking forward to wearing. I can't even think about summer right now
Galloway is one of the few PDM scents that I really like.

Hey! I'd really like to see what you think of Comme des garcons Play Black. Its a so unique and custom fit for spring
lov your videos man ...but I need to ask Do I need mount blac explorer if I have cdimn ?
I don't really have any niche fragrances yet. But I am looking into a couple Mancera fragrances that sound good for summer.

I would love to hear some reviews on UK's smaller houses like Rook and Joram.
Spring=Amouage (Beloved, Dia, Journey)
Summer= Orto Parisi Megamare (Day and Night)
Profumum Roma Acqua di Sale (Night)

Crazy to think you’re from Dumfries! I’m from down the road in Carlisle but live in west Cumbria. I need to look at parfum de marly Carlisle then haha
Bvlgari Homme Extreme and Jazzclub is what i will wear
Milly , Bois du Portugal, aventus cologne are the only creeds I’ll buy from now on
Kobe from Xerjoff or This is not a blue bottle by Histoires de Parfums are good options too
Good list but i was hoping io.ko 1954 i mirage 23 would be part of the list :)
Parfums De Marly Sedley.
I hate to admit just how bloody gorgeous a freshie it is.
Very different to other freshies out there, better. And a slight droplet of sex appeal.
Thanks where can we get Renier frags. Kriss
Milly, Silver Mountain Water and Sedly
Is it worth buying a current bottle of Millésime Impérial - or should I hunt for an older bottle secondhand?
Was thinking the same, ill probably get armaf milestone because the Performance is soo weak
@@wpi6705 don't Imperial performance is trash
You forgot abt IO-KO Mirage23🔥
Hey bud! "It's fucking great!" Lol
I knew the last one would be millesime lol
💯💯💯👍👍
Vest and ascot. Good look on you, buddy!
You forgot Le Male Le Parfum.
Its not really a summer fragrance and defenitely no niche fragrance
Sarcasm right 😆

Milliseme imperial is a joke of a fragrance doesn't last more than 2 hours. Creed should be sued for charging that price.
