    Starting over is illegal if you file for eviction for the same transaction or occurance and commit perjury.

    Can you discuss how to handle an eviction with Chronic Late Payments? I am dealing with a tenant who is a Chronic payer. TY

      I would have an honest discussion with them that is has to change or you will have to give them a 7 day notice and start the eviction process the next time they are even one day late. Hope it helps!

      @@metrodetroitliving115 I told the tenant the next late payment will be returned to them and they will receive a 30-day notice to vacate.
