    I have owed a shop for almost 40 years and I have heard this many times.I have never been even close to parts and labor being the same.

      Thanks for your comment. In which way are they skewed? Labor more than parts - or the other way around?

      @@maverickshopowners I would say that i make much more on parts.looking at the jobs on the que now> Car in for Exhaust work cost of parts 600.00 sell 1200.00 Labor 2 Hours 300.00 Parts are double all the jobs We did in the last week only 2 where the other way around out of 32
