I totally agree with the confidence growing as time goes by and life experiences try you, appreciating yourself more as you get to know yourself better, knowing what you can do, trusting yourself because you do the right thing and the choices you make are the right ones! It is such an important issue as we get to see so many persons lacking self confidence because they depend on someone else’s appreciation and oftentimes they aren’t told the truth or they aren’t told at all! Every time you cook it makes me hungry lol. I always think “it’s just veggies and eggs, sounds good” but then I see the finished plated dish and I’m like “oh but it is soooo much more” you always inspire me to cook healthier meals. Random side note - have you ever mentioned what bedding you have? It looks so beautiful and hotel-like. I’m in the process of finding new bedding so I was just wondering 😊 thank you for another great video!

Acceptance of yourself for who you are, enhancing what we have, and putting a little bit of effort in all helps to feeling more confident. We all love to take responsibility for our success and happiness, but taking responsibility for our problems is far more important,because that's where the real learning comes from.

It can end today or tomorrow..no one knows .., but we wish to keep it as long as possible.. Why living your only life by thinking negative thoughts about things,why this didn't work out ,or why that doesn't go by plan. .trust in you and your path in life,trust in life and try to calm down..

you inspired me to start wearing necklaces. i have a tattoo on my collarbone so i always thought that will be a little to much, but when i saw how you layering your pieces i was so inspired to start with necklaces again and i love it. thank you for inspiration.
There is a bakery at the Viktualienmarkt (Schubert in the Reformhaus Vitalia) and they make fresh gluten free bread! It actually has great ingredients and it's fresh (and safe for people with a gluten intolerance) and tastes great. I worked at a holistic health food shop for a long time and we always recommended them over Schär breads because those have soooo much sugar in them!
Another beautiful video, Annie! Confidence can be a difficult thing to develop and maintain, especially in a world which is so highly connected, and where judgement flows so freely. I feel most confident when I am able to speak to others from an informed place, so I prioritize learning and education everyday. Stay well 😘

Hey Annie, great video as always :) I noticed that you are eating more and more salmon, which is so good for healthy fats but it is also full of mercury so just something to keep in mind
you would have to eat a lot of salmon to get mercury poisoning so i doubt it's something to worry about
