I lived by myself for 5 years, it's nice having independence but it also gets lonesome at times. I had to overcome eating by myself in restaurants or going to movies by myself. You know what's best for you and if being around your friends more is helpful then so be it. I lived in a similar kind of apartment in Phoenix and it was nice but also lonely. Also harder lugging things up and down stairs. Excited to see you in your new space.
When it comes to difficult emotions, the only way out is through! You won’t feel sad forever, and when you’re on the other side of difficulties you will have more empathy and wisdom proportional to how deeply and consciously you remained with your true feelings ♥️
The past month and half I've been dealing with so many things. I didn't really understand how it effected me until I took a couple days off for my birthday. And then even thinking about my age upset me. It wasn't until my husband asked me what was wrong that I really even noticed. Sometimes having someone just checking in on us is a good thing, to remind us to check in on yourselves as well. You got this, I got this, we all got this!
honestly, i really love your house 😍and i love watching you in your house ☺️ so i’m kinda sad you are leaving it 😢 but cheers to another chapter in your life 🥳 🙋🏻♀️🇵🇭
Thank you for making these vlogs! They make me feel a lot less lonely while working alone in my studio. I am happy to see that you’re making changes that will help you in the long run and I hope you’ll feel less sad soon ❤️. I think you’re very brave sharing your feelings and sadness with us and it helps me accepting my own feelings. Often when I feel sad or lonely I feel like I shouldn’t be allowed to feel this way because in general I’m really happy with my life. But it’s good to have a reminder that being satisfied with your life doesn’t mean you aren’t allowed to be sad
I literally just had one of the worst break downs I've had in a while and I pulled myself out of it and went to watch some videos to try and not think about it and your bit at the end regarding sadness and letting oneself just feel it...Well, it was just nice to hear that. It's hard to feel okay with being sad because so much of the world has spent so long shaming people for it. It's nice to follow a creator who isn't feeding into that toxic cycle of shaming sadness. Cuz you're right, it's okay to be sad, sometimes that's the more healthy route. Anyways just wanted to say thank you for that, that message came at a surprisingly needed moment for me. 💜
As a leasing consultant I was surprised that you were nervous since it is so common for people to break their lease. In my experience it is never an issue.
@@AmmyWolfable yeah, the fees for breaking a lease are crazy. I understand why the fees exist, but it’s OUCH, especially if you find yourself in a position where you HAVE to break a lease.
We forget how important sadness as an emotion is because life has its ups and downs and it's okay to be sad. It reminds us of what we have that does make us happy and sometimes it's good to be sad, feeling it and letting go of it instead of bottling up, pushing it down or denying it. You always keep it real, Tiffany and I really appreciate that. Here's to new beginnings 🙌🏽🥂
i've been following you since the first lockdown in France (march 2020) and even though we don't work in the same field at all (i'm a video editor) you've inspired me so so so so much, i'm really excited for you and your new experiences and growth to come !!!
I love that you talk so much about improving yourself and accepting yourself and working towards that. For everyone who suffers from anxiety, there is a saying that stuck in my head and I hope it maybe helps you as well: At some point, you are bound to get bored by your anxiety and step out of your comfort zone.
Beautifully said, Tiffany! The Lord bless you as you walk through this valley ~ keep moving forward, forward the light at the end of this chapter of your life. You are very precious! 🌸🍂
thank you for sharing this vlog and especially for talking about mental health and sadness. A lot of people often don't realize that... being sad is just a part of life and that its okay to be sad. Being able to think about your feelings and to wallow in it is important. it absolutely does make you a better person :) You got this tiffany. Everyone is cheering for you and you're going to find your way out of feeling lost soon!
I watched this vlog today while I ate my breakfast and I wasn’t expecting it to hit so hard. I also just moved in with friends after living by myself for 2 years. Moving brings up a lot of emotions and I felt really sad lately. Thank you for your beautiful words surrounding sadness 🖤
I am so thankful for you, your videos and your authenticity. I’ve finally found someone that understands how I’m feeling and, your perspective on the normalisation of emotions has made me feel less ashamed and alone 🥺 Take care and I hope you feel better soon
Hi Tiffany 😍 - So many people believe that somewhere has to be bad for you to move on from it when that isn't necessarily the case. The home you have had for the past while has been one that you have grown a lot in and it simply is time to move on for the next phase of growth. I like how you are mindful and have gratitude for what your life journey is bringing you, challenges and all. Although it is important to stop and admire the view and truly embrace the moment and be present. It is also important to know when it is time to go and explore somewhere new. This new experience will certainly bring you new adventures and learnings. Stay safe and well x
I really appreciate you talking about your process in dealing with your emotions and sadness. It's really great to see someone who, as you say, a lot of people might think they have it all together, be so open about how you're navigating this. It's really empowering because at the start of -insert major world issue here- I started down this path of not really knowing what I was doing and I wasn't sure how to navigate my own feelings about everything and even now I feel like I shut down when I try to process how I'm feeling and what I'm trying to do. You being so open about this is really a reminder for me that it's okay to feel this way and that I shouldn't be ashamed of trying to navigate how I feel. Thank you so much for being so open~ I love to watch you so I hope you never stop being your authentic self and continue to be comfortable with sharing your feelings with those close to you and those of us who love to follow along with your journey!
It feels like all the creators are feeling nervous right now. About different things of course.. I am dealing with lots of stress in the last couple of months. Sometimes it just feels I have selected the wrong way and my art sucks. I am still trying to stay positive and I want to wish you luck and all the best too! Keep on going and have a great day!
“Sadness is a sign that you care about something.” I love that! So encouraged by you and so comforted by your vlogs always~ I always like to say we all have bad days so that we can enjoy and appreciate the good ones all the more 🙂 thank you for being the transparent hooman you are 💕so excited to see where life takes you these next couple weeks! i’m sure it’ll be great~ 🍎 love you tiff! not to mention how excited i am for you to move to red door. no matter what anyone says, make the decisions for you! be happy, stay healthy. 🙂♥️
I'm glad you talked about sadness and how it's okay to feel sad- it's something a lot of people need to hear! I remember when watching Inside Out and they told Riley "it's okay to be sad" and I burst into tears because I needed to hear that so much in that moment. I'm also excited for you for the changes coming, it can be scary but sometimes that's how you know it's the right thing to do!! Can't wait to see what you do next!

Really liked what you said about being sad. We all go through sad times and that's ok. And you're right, sadness helps us appreciate other happier times. I think all to often we view sadness as being wrong when it's not. It's absolutely valid to be sad.
I hope your new beginnings will make you very excited!! ♡ The feeling of not wanting to leave our "comfortable" life is very normal and people tend to stay like that for really long periods of time. It is brave of you to want to change that and even though it feels somehow bad to do, it will be very rewarding and you'll feel a huuuge weight get off your chest! Anyhow, hope you will have a nice move and thank you for this lovely video ♡
Hope you feel better!! Thank you for sharing so many things! It makes me feel understood! Also it'll be interesting to see your dad's process to design / build a table like yours!! It's truly gorgeous!
Sadness is normal for humans. I want to tell you that you have inspired me to follow my dreams. Now that I'm back to drawing and with ideas for my small business, I want to cheer and thank you for the inspiration you've given me. I'm your fan club and friend from Thailand. 💗💗
While you're getting inspired by others, im getting inspired by you 😘 I've been binge watching your vlogs since the past days while completing my orders and im really liking it 💜
You have no idea how much better you made me feel by saying what you said at the end of the video. I’ve been sad for so long and Idk why and then I feel bad about myself for feeling sad and then I get sadder. Anyway, thank you for this sentence “it’s okay to feel sad” I really needed to hear that. June is being a month of changes for me too. When you mentioned how you realized you were being comfortable doing always the same things.. that's exactly how I've been feeling. You are not “ being strong “ by not crying. You are just making yourself ill by not crying. Your nervous system needs to let your stress out and not let your body to soak it up... hence crying, releasing stress and toxins and relieving your nervous system. When will people finally learn this hey!? 🤦🏽♀️ xo

Hello Ms. Apple Cheeks! Long time no see. Congrats on taking this step towards new challenges and opportunities. I look forward to seeing your journey~
Actually, June is a month of change for me too.
I just moved back to Las Vegas (after so very long!) from Japan...and I am pursuing illustration ^^
The last segment of your video really had me do lots of introspection, ultimately leaving me with a positive realization.
I've been feeling lots of negative feelings since pursuing illustration. It made me doubt if I made the right choice...but then again, it means that I have something that I really care about, to the point I can get this sad about it.
Just like happiness, sadness and any other emotion are equally significant in this complicated medley of "feeling alive".
Sorry for throwing my personal rambles on youtube comments! Anyway, thank you for your hard work ^^.
I feel the new vibes ✨
