The Kipper-run heatset press is pretty cool. I imagine you can cut costs a bit with a Arduino CNC shield (which yes! Klipper can be flashed on). Maybe it's not so practical, but it looks like a great and fun passion project.
4:21 if he had a conveyor and a picker or hopper to place the insert you could speed up production. Even a second iron to reduce heat up delay would be good
Now just need a bot that will do all of the stripping and crimping for me. Even if they don't make it a product would be nice for them to share the code and basic design via github.

Combine that auto press with a pick and place machine, and you would have something.

Print a lego bike that scaled to you would be cool. Might be too hard to grip bars though. Be like logo hands.
