I think the key thing not mentioned (or I missed it) is that you need a sapphire card to transfer Chase points out to a transfer partner. So this card unlocks that if you have things like the Unlimited or Flex cards. Also another big thing potentially too is no international fees on this card unlike the lower tier cards.
@@MrFlashingdonkey It's true... it's up to 90k in branch. I just went in to talk to them about it and it's only in person. I got approved for it yesterday but did it online and they said they can't match the bonus so I just missed out on 30k for not knowing about this deal.
Just applied for CSP. At first I wasn't approved because I forgot to unfreeze my credit report, but got approved after doing so and making a couple of calls. 735 score, had Chase Freedom for 14 years in good standing so I presume that helped as well.
I got approved at 697 Experian and 678 TransUnion. Woke up last night and opened my bank to see I was pre approved for all of the cards chase has to offer except the reserved
Man ive been wanting this card. Currently hold the freedom flex. A few months ago was denies for the freedom unlimted with 695 credit score. I need to read the letter again though to understand why
I was denied for the saphire about 2-4 months ago. But it was just a soft inquiry. But last night I logged into my bank and I was preapproved the two freedom cards and the saphire preferred. I took the preferred due to the higher limit and was approved instantly. I think my income played a big role because my credit profile really didn’t change
If you down grade to a sapphire, can you reapply years later for the preferred, and still get the sign up bonus again, without canceling the sapphire??
hey brian can you please make an update video on the chase trifecta!! I just got approved for my second chase credit card and am missing the freedom unlimited as of right now. Any tips or would it be worth my time in trying to get or aim for the last card to complete the trifecta?

Which card (s) is best for international travel (aside from domestic)? And that also has perks for groceries and airbnbs/renting places?
The chase preapproval tool can definitely be helpful to use prior to formally applying!

There’s rumors about the sign up bonus going to 80-90k later this month! Please look into it and let’s wait to see if it happens
How do we confirm this?
Heard it’s happening today. Is this only for those who already have a chase account?

The ability to transfer to transfer partners like Hyatt is such a great perk of this card!
That 3x back on dining and 1.25cpp in the portal are the reason I want this card.
Hyatt is overrated
Loving these credit card reviews. I’m here for it, never miss one
Awesome video right in time , Just got my sapphire preferred in the mail last week as my first card
As a graduate student, I got mine TODAY. Feel like I'm going up in the world. fun stuff XD

What do you do if you have a preferred but you’re looking to upgrade to a reserved, but you still want to get the sign up bonus?
He's so happy about the Recession coming in, like he's super excited to be witnessing it.
Have you ever gotten a retention offer? I've heard they don't usually give retention offers

Your thoughts between this card or Capital one or Navy Fed CU Flagship
would love a video of what you're actively using or open at the moment.
I travel once or twice a year to Mexico to visit my parents and I use Lyft a ton

Is the regular chase sapphire card that you can downgrade to also metal?
No, it’s plastic
