Uffff...I can only say Bravo!! Bravo!! A video that is not easy to make, but very brave and, above all, very empathetic and with a lot of feeling. A very real video. And I am 100% sure that many people, including me, will feel some type of identification with your words. Thanks for recording it and sharing it. A hug from Spain
You are a beautiful human being, Kim. Thank you for your heartfelt story. I can relate to it. I was always the outsider looking in, but never felt I belonged there. (Metal) music was like therapy for me, especially Metallica. James Hetfield's lyrics and his struggles in life. To escape real life I I hid in the role playing fantasy games like King's Quest to find my inner peace , starting in the 80's with the Commodore 64 with games like Zak McKracken and the Alien Mindbenders and Maniac Mansion. All the Lucasarts and Sierra games. They gave me happy times and I still cherish them.
Such a sad state of society that this video has so little views compared to reactions.having said that though the engagement is humbling. I just wanted to say thanks for putting yourself out there it's incredibly valuable, far beyond what the numbers tell you. X
Great post, you come across as a Leader to me, life has given you this ability and you are using it, Their is a saying "if no one follows you, you are not a leader" well, you have got 30,000 + well done, you are doing a great job
You just made a friend. I love my music like you do. I have had a lot of time in my life that even with someone in the same house, I'm alone. Music be come my refuge. Just like you, I love LILIAC. They're so amazing. Hope you have a wonderful day, God Bless!
I rarely comment but have followed for a while, I feel the music, i can see where your coming from, i really like the channel and the content and if no one has told you they love you today then, I love you. Have a great day keep up the great content
You really are a very special person. I'm sure you have connected with many folks who went through tough times. Thank you, hon, for your honesty. Sometimes just sharing thoughts and feelings can change the world for many others,
Ive always been a loner, both my parents worked so i had to get myself up for school and keep myself occupied until they got back home every day. There wasn't any other kids near us either. Tv and records and books became my only outlets for my sanity. Watching you react to the music i love makes my day 💕 thank you.
Pandora yes I'm a loner too and I've found it hard in groups or being around people but in the last 2 years I've improved out of sight and my life before was all fear. Never thought I'd reach this point of wellness and how I got to where I am now I cannot tell you. Pandora thanks for your words, take care.
Great respect for your life story. I could also tell myself similar things (highs and lows). Looking back on my 60 years so far, I am proud of what I have achieved. And you can be just as proud of what you have achieved so far! ❤Pandora ❤, my motto is: The journey is the destination!😉
As a fellow introvert, I approve of this message. We should have an introvert uprising/revolution where we talk openly and loudly about introvert experiences and things. Extroverts will get uncomfortable and quiet because they can't relate, and we will thereby exchange places with them in the process. I call it The Great Exchange.
Music is a journey, in which you never leave the room Music is communication, where the fingers translate from the page to the mind. Music is connection. Dissimilar people can come together to play a common theme, or gather to listen and celebrate their own interpretation, as a group. Music is a lifeguard. It has retrieved myself and many others from a speeding train, from an unavoidable impact, from a pathway that leads nowhere. Music is a vehicle om which everyone can drive, and everyone can sit in the back seat and enjoy the ride. Music is fun to share, and I'm very glad you chose to share it with us. I don't know you, but I consider you a friend, at a very great distance. ... or, at least ... you listen to idiots well, lol. I can't believe you consider yourself an introvert. You laugh so freely and make friends here without encumbrance. Is it 'introverted in a crowd', or 'introverted one on one'? (you don't have to answer... I'll read between the lines) If this message gets past the Word Blocker : I think of you as the anti-introvert... you bring us a face full of joy, and those sly and all-knowing eyes. Enjoy this life. I'm glad to have bumped into you via this place.... now, if I'd only be a better community member...
Humble respect and helping each other is so important for the life.. So introvert is something to be gone from our life... Decided to be happy is easy way for life right????!!! Sometimes we need to hone our God-given emotional and spiritual quotient... Not just intellectual intelligence Peace and bless for you...❤❤❤
You have a wonderful attitude to life , this is not lost on me and IWould say mamy others I admire your stregmth and sunny personality , never forget you have freinds at least in me , and no doubt many others .love and best wishes .
I have been lucky to have a good family life growing up but I still loved my music, your reaction videos, especially the reading of the Nightwish lyrics has been pleasant, your voice is soothing. I hope you know that you matter. Spring is here so many new beginnings. My Son uses gaming as his out... I Used too when I was younger but there was no streaming games then..........Windows 95 was new and cell phones had no cameras :P
Hello again Pandora, we all struggle for identity, to have the courage to respect ourselves and build self-esteem. Some, like you, when they find their footing, go beyond that and do their best to help others as well. The information you post in every description can literally save someone's life! Thank you! That's why I respect bands like Bloodywood and Voice of Baceprot so much, they use their music to give a loud voice to those struggling to be heard. And, in the case of VOB, they had to put it all on the line just to play the music they loved, the music that changed their lives forever and gave them the strength to not only fight for themselves but also for others ("Music is a condition of our survival").
I just discovered you a few days ago, through an old Nightwish reaction you did that just happened to pop up on my feed. I am very glad that I did because it is easy to see that you feel the music and try to understand. Yet, you understand that lyrics don't mean the same thing to everyone and there is no right or wrong in the way that lyrics are interpreted. This particular vlog that you did moved me because you represent facets of way many more people than you may know. I will admit to being a huge Nightwish fan, who is always looking forward to reaction to a band that many times, has kept me sane. But I intend to listen to many of your reactions, because I am interested in what you have to say.
I thought I loved you before.... but girl... I love you so much more hearing you tell your story. You are special and you are so worth being seen and heard and loved. So much of what you told us is not unique to you alone. Music is such a support mechanism for me and The Warning saved music for me. We find our support in different places and however you find it find it! Love you girl!
Hi, I just wanted to ask you why you haven't reacted to any more Pentatonix songs......I saw the one that you did react to, and you were visibly shook by the beauty of what you heard. They have dozens more.....I love how you reacted, and would love to see you react to more........do you watch the video, or just listen to them?.....
I would say "I can relate to that" but than I was thinking for myself of a verse of Thuomas'/Nightwish poem at the end of " Song of myself" ## How can you "just be yourself" When you don't know who you are? Stop saying "I know how you feel" How could anyone know how another feels?##0
Hey Pandora, what a beautiful open heartedly and well spoken life story. Your story really resonates with mine and it takes courage to tell it the way you do. Respect👏🫶

If you love the piano still, try Agnes Obel please. She's a very special piano player with a unique singing style, too.

C.S Lewis said, “We read to know we are not alone.” We can listen to music for the same reason.
