It should have come with 4 washers for the 4 upper bolts because the bolt heads (or nuts) are too small for the holes.

Hey sorry for the late reply, work has been nuts!
All you need is a 3/16 ball Allen wrench, a phillips #2 (medium) and a 10mm wrench. Thanks for watching!
