Thanks, Anders. I think if I would have done this weeks ago, (instead of the night before the Derby) , the video might have gotten more views. The Xaymaca Mai Tai vid before this got 1.2K views but this one struggles to get views.
Hey there, Germany. I'm glad you like it. I financed my pub partially by selling my mint Corvette Stingray to s Klaus in Germany who paid all of the shipping.
I’m so glad 😀 U used mint leaves 🍃 to muddle at the bottom of the cup. Watched the Kentucky Derby 🐎 on TV 📺 The silly 😜 guy was making a julep with cherry 🍒 syrup. Not very Mint Julep to me
I love the addition of the powdered sugar! And the agave! You’re going to make it to 1000 in no time Ray. We’re going to sign up under our personal account to to help you get one closer.
@@itsallaboutthecocktail ya know. I think Ian is irish. Idk if Gaelic is irish. Lol. Back in 1985 my mom was watching a movie and she saw Ian on a movie credit scroll so she nabbed the idea. I am not named after anyone.

Nice going Ray. Looks very tasty. Cheers
It was
What an interesting piece of information with the 22 sips. I am with you, I would probably drink mine in seven.
Well, when they are great tasting, you tend to take longer sips. Thanks, again!
👍 hello, brother. Greetings from Kentucky. Let's stay connected. 🤝🔔
Sounds good. I could have used your input when I was doing this video.
cocktail haha
You can also grab some cups from medieval times! Hahaha
Never actually been there, but pass it quite often. Are you near Hoffman Estates?
Great video! I didn't know Woodford Reserve was the official bourbon of the Kentucky Derby. Are there other bourbons you would recommend for a Julep?
Thanks, I think as long as it is 80-90 proof it should be fine.
I've made one's with Makers Mark in the past that were ok.
@@itsallaboutthecocktail Thanks, that's helpful! I'll aim for higher proof bourbons for this cocktail.
