That we don't know so don't make those assumptions til the facts come out. At first, from my perspective it looked like maybe the kid was bullied and snapped. However, when I learned that the person killed herself, that was a red flag because someone that gets bullied then commits a horrific act normally doesn't harm themselves. The bullying part could still have a small factor, but I think there's so much more going on maybe outside of the scope that we are seeing currently. This is from my experience because there was instances of bullying at my high school in NJ years ago and while the shooting part never occurred, it does create some serious concerns and I know that because I was one of those instances. I was bullied so badly that I never went home and police was involved because my family thought I was missing.
This goes to show that country needs to have a modicum amount of gun control at the least. This kind of thing shouldn't happen continuously and indefinitely. At this point, this gets too redundant.

People want to always bring up guns without realizing the US has had freedom with guns for the whole time the US has been independent, and this didn’t start happening until like 20-40 years ago, so people needs to start using their brains and realize this is a mental health crisis, not a gun crisis🤷♂️

Gun possession is a blasphemous presumption of rights for all neither being rhetorically necessary literally necessary nor well suited to family well being nor personal well being. The fact that over and over again our children are crying out for help with every school shooting is ignored in favor of placing more importance on this virtue signaling representative for the latest tragedy. Are you seriously shifting the focus to a hypothetical person who may have read a young student's personal writing and not alerted the authorities? This seems so detached from any clear perspective it boggles the mind. Of course the parents are to blame. They raised the child. Allowed their own child such access to a gun but no reasonable access to any other form of rational response to life's inevitable pressures other than to become a statistic of the moment in the final days of 2024. Start making the parent 100% accountable. Regardless.
The language of "rights" is fascinating and philosophically complicated. However, in the States you have the right to carry guns but not the right to affordable medical treatment for the injuries caused by them. Some rights are more important than others.
@@tenderstepsPaul That is quite simple actually to explain. You have the right in the US to prevent harm to yourself with arms. You do not have a right that requires others to tend and help you. Also the term "Affordable" healthcare is a massive rabbit hole. When the government is involved it's not cheap. US just so happens to do it the worst way possible; Not socialized and not privatized but a middle ground that is the worst of both worlds without any of the benefits.
