- My First Daily observations video on this channel. Mumbai traffic is insane when it comes to following rules and this happens on a daily basis and no one does anything about it. Besides from being sooo unsafe, its frustrating to deal with such morons everyday after a tiring day at work.. This video shortly shows how to deal with Idiots on road like this guy right here.

1:36 that Swift desire inspite of seeing that the auto will enter the lane, the car pushes forward. This is another problem with Indian traffic, nobody tends to leave a little space for someone else. They won't care about anything and throttle their vehicle to take the place.

True, most of the Indian drivers have zero patience in them. The moment the traffic signal turns green they'll start to honk. I mean, kya ukhad lenge 2-3 seconds jaldi ja kar.

Average biker on RUclips showing his perceptives how he's right in every way while overspeeding on heavy traffic, Ruthlessly overtaking on smaller roads, putting their bike besides car whenever they got a size of one foot part of area in road (per rakhne layak jagah barabar)
Autorickshaw driver and other did the mistake no doubt but proving them wrong while not looking up to own mistakes comes in under hypocrisy. Just watch other videos of bikers too you'll see they ride like they own the road but when others do the same, then they starts acting like they always follow the rules.

In your case, you were right since there was too much traffic from both sides.
However, broken white line indicates that you can change the lane to overtake but with caution. People use this funda anywhere nowadays even if there is absolutely no traffic from their side and huge traffic from the other.

Broken lines doesn’t mean they can use the other lane during traffic…it is means they are allowed to overtake and get back to their own lane
Only Overtake
You can't just use the broken lines to ride on the opposite lane. Its for overtaking only (when there isn't traffic on the opposite lane)
Lane rules doesn't work here in india becoz majority of roads lanes are either faded or are not even present.

That was unexpected, I thought that rishaw driver would trash talk to him like so many others but he was calm and well mannered, respect for that.
He was driving wrongly. However, the way you were trying to overtake on a two lane busy road that is not expected from a responsible person like you. When you are an inspiration to others, you get extra responsibility on your shoulders.

Most of the traffic is caused by taxi and cab drivers, who are illiterate and rude.... They also bring their gangs if a fight happens

One thing here to noticed about the Indian society that we always shout and take actions on the people with low status (which we built) and don't angry on the people with showing high status. Here I see several cars and bikes running on wrong lane but he only choose the rickshaw driver. I'm not making fault in the rider but as a whole scenario of Indian society as I lived beside main road and I see daily the policeman only chooses the people with low status as a guilty.

Just look at the difference between you and that rickshaw driver, in economic terms, in educational terms, in terms of exposure to outer world . I get it you want to teach people how to drive on road. I observed very carefully, you did things right, overtaking from right side and staying in lane. But, don't you think you should move in lane? I mean, youcan see the traffic and overtaking on such roads with a camera mounted on your helmet and showing the viewers again and again that I am sticking to my lane and not breaking it. Confronting vehicles coming from the other side acting like a hero and everything. They were wrong I get it. The person was respecful. He said Bhaijaan which literally means Dear Brother or Beloved brother and you just said "Morons" like you are some sort of highborn and they are lower. Do you think it is legit? I get it you show this off on camera and confront people and act like a hero and everythig. Rather than creating a scene on road and act like a superman, why dont you create an awareness camp for rickshaw drivers to actually teach them without yourself being covered with a camera?
By this act, you are showing that Indians are like this. You are showing it like you came from Western country and callig Indian drivers morons. I would call this showing off.
If you really want to help people on following rules, arrange and awareness.

He did that to teach the auto wala a lesson.... The auto driver was at wrong...you can't overtake in an incoming traffic where there is heavy traffic from both side. It was a single lane drive which brings the question. Is overtaking even allowed at such road.
Anurag was in his lane and did the correct thing he stuck in his lane. He had the right to ride in his lane. And that auto wala was just trying to create unnecessary congestion.

Lane driving is myth in India. Btw most of the roads don't even have lanes and it they have they are already faded long ago, they are visible only for few months on a newly resurfaced road.
