I think that stands true for cutting bulls and dehorning something to do with bleeding???!. But I have no experience either way 🌙👍
I know it’s a pain (sometimes literally) to to tag all the calves but it can sure pay off when dealing with sick cattle, figuring out who has calved or tracking pairs.
We live about 1:30-2 hours away

I seen one of our cows we sold, it was a red limousin cow with a pack man brand on the left rib. Did you happen to buy a load of west river cows out of hub city or faith livestock probably 3 years ago?
Ya the Vig cows came from Mn Eric Carlson took care of some cows for Dwayne Vig they were sold at hub city I bought as pairs maybe 5 years ago.. If I remember right I only bought 7 head… Good eye!!🤠

That's neat that you flew with him, he had to quit flying in 19 because of a stroke. He's still at home watching so I don't mess up. Lol. Dementia has hit him kinda hard though
