Shami is one of our favorite dishes, which is usually accompanied by sauce, but today I decided to cook it without sauce.To cook this delicious dish, I added onion and grated potato and spices like salt, pepper and turmeric with two extra eggs to the minced meat and mixed them well and fried them in hot oil. First of all, I put the rice on the fire in the kate method without the need to rinse it, because this method of cooking rice is easy and the nutrients of the rice are not lost by draining it.
