@@jonjrambo3546 Rush Duel on Duel Links is a better game and much easier to get into as a new player. Master Duel is easier to get good decks in. If you like long-winded gameplay that is stuffed with mechanics, has a lot of systems and intricacies to learn, and if you like a certain character or archetype in Yugioh, then play Master Duel. If you come from other card games, or want gameplay that is fast paced, dynamic on a turn-by-turn basis, and easy to learn but hard to master; then play Rush Duel.
@@Rednu good to go. Thanks for ur response. Noted. That’s refreshing. Game is so super fun. Hopefully it’s a long term game. As In I hope it lasts a while.
The biggest tip I'd give to newcomers is to know what your game plan is if your opponent just sets 3 monsters and passes, you need some way to push damage through, Dragias is the obvious answer since it attacks twice, but there are other methods, Torna switches mons from defense to attack, Kimeruler attacks directly, etc. and on the reverse end of that I'd also recommend that players run a decently high amount of low level monsters because it's better to brick on low levels than high levels, since you can always set 3 and pass, of course if your opponent is good they'll have ways to deal with that in their deck, but just cuz they're in the deck doesn't mean they'll always draw them, so setting 3 and passing can still be an effective strategy in a pinch, and because setting 3 is so good mons with higher defense are sometime worth more than the higher attack mons as they'll have an increased chance of living through the opponent's turn, I find it's best to have a balance of high attack and high defense mons
another rising deck is a warrior tribute stun deck featuring yamiruler and gavin's lvl 18 skill. yamiruler is able to prevent opponents to tribute lvl 7 and above effectively wasting their turn, played with a playset and thats 3 turn gone + pierce allows you to deal dmg even if they set 3 face down
Darkness Approches is a good spell to use since you can easily obtain copies in the volt condor Deck its pretty useful for outing Dragias and Summoned Skull it also help to clear your hand for a possible 5Draw next turn its a good alternative since some of the good spells and traps are hard pull hope it Helps😊
As a free to play player, if you are playing pure spellcaster and you only have 1 Sevens Road Magician and you are using Sevens Accel Road, always leave 1 1600Atk one in your hand to proc it until turn 4 or later. Unless necessary cause Mystic Dealer and Recovery Force won't save you from Dragias. Also it is the swap card is only once per duel. So if you accidentally use it and you have 3 spell/trap in hand, it's over youre dead. (unless you got Witch on the field then go all out.)
Personally for RP/PvE, Romin has been the most fun to play. Although, Luke's Dragon deck and Yuga's Spellcaster/Seven Roads deck are both nothing to sneeze at. Gavin on the other hand...the card pool hasn't been too kind to him for the time-being, so although I did max his level, I've not been doing much on him after that.
Love this, though I disagree hard with avoiding Kuribot. Kuribot will be a decent 3-of in many decks for a long time, especially if you're playing a more uncoordinated pile. It takes up less space than the Slugger+Pictcher package and it's going to be a more evergreen card to slot into future decklists. A free +1 will almost always be good in Rush.
That's fair. I feel like it'll be a while for f2p players to get 3, and that they'd get more instant usage out of key boss monsters. But the long con or buying packs is valid.
Maximum summon focused deck. Pretty good. Unfortunately, the game at the early stages still revolves around the magician dragon deck made by using the best monsters from both decks.
@@markos50100 God... in the irl game, Nail's cards were kinda bad. It's idea was that you have a Level 4 normal monster and effect monsters with levels from 3 to 1. If you have the level 4, the level 3 tributes itself to draw 1, if you have the 4 and 3, the 2 does the same but you draw 2 cards and discard 1 card and the level 1 returns the level 4/3/2 from gy to deck to draw 3. Irl, it's inconsistent as hell, but with a skill setting them up 💀 Nail gonna be wildin with Skills
@@chillerwhale1655 if you are building a Yamiruler deck around Gavin Ace, you want to prioritize Yamiruler over Pierce as Pierce may be good isn't required for all decks, you also want Gavin's secondary Ace Kimeruler so if the opponent sets a lot and trust me they do in ranked, Kime gets free reign to smacking directly for 2500. You only really prioritize Pierce for specifically Dragias focus decks.
See here the thing about why Duel Links isn't going anywhere. Duel Links been around for a long while and even after Master Duel came out still didn't fully kill Duel Links. Cross Duel problem was being completely different was more Predatory then Duel Links monetization wise and the real kicker..... Didn't come out around the same time as Master Duel which Konami knew was a death sentence for Cross Duel
Any beginner tips you'd like to share are welcome!
Hey great video.
What is the main difference between master duel and duel links ? And which one would u recommend getting into ?

Great Video Rednu! I would like to add that you want to try your best to use up every card in your hand!
With the recent Roa event i have been able to level cap all characters in SEVENS world. That last is how i managed it.

Torna has not be played in the physical version for a long time.
But those are still some good tips.
I saw some lists from March 2023 but yeah maybe not today lol

thanks for the tips whats the backround music its great
Thoughts on a Nail Cyberse deck in the future? Especially since he'll most likely have a Skill for it
I haven't played the physical card game much, so I don't know. Looking forward to it though!

How do you unlock the mode?
Rush duels over master duel any day
Gotta disagree on Pierce. It’s a godsend when using Gavin’s skill Dark Arts of Celerity I would say it’s a staple in that deck.
Would you say it's a staple over Yamiruler?
@@Rednu Hard choice tbh. Right now I only have one of each and can’t decide which one I would rather have a 2nd copy of first.

Rush Duels are more enjoyable than Speed Duels (YGO player since 1997)
DeadLinks is seems like f2p but actually p2w the micros is so predatory seems so dead like Cross duel soon to be gone
