A bettas minimum tank size is 5 gallons and this tank has no light or live plants or even a simple filter but im guessing that you don’t know any of that so if you have any kinda of tank please change the water then do your research on what they live in best

Yup its abuse. But if this guys a pet shop owner or something its much better than what most shops do here in Asia. Most just keep them in plastic glasses with minimal amounts of water thats never changed
