Mine doesn't work when plugged in to the outlet (charger's led turns red). I've only managed to make it work with batteries. Is that normal or is there a trick when plugged AC?
Aww I’m not sure to be honest, I would definitely go back to maxi così with it because it sounds like a manufacturing issue 😔
