- END OF OCTOBER BENCH UPDATE. Ed gives a rundown on the projects he has on the bench. First he shows an airbrush cleaning kit he ordered from Walmart from ARC ( www.airbrushresourcecenter .com ).
A quick look at the BTTFIII Time Train, he is currently working on the carriage wheels for the front and Tender. In the Garage he is working on the WWII PT Boat, a bookcase from IKEA and three NANO Die Cast Cars from all three BTTF films. Gives a brief rant on voting.
Nice airbrush tools. Cool looking train. Agree with you on voting!!! Placed mine on the 22nd. I'll be watching
Thanks Mike, The tools I ordered from WalMart, at $10.00 each. Thanks for the encouragement. I appreciate it.
Those tools should come in handy for your airbrush. PT boat is coming along nicely!
Thanks Kenny! Yes they will. I was looking for new brushes and came across these kits. I ordered three, at $10.00 a pop. Modeling has been slow for me lately, I am slowly getting back into the groove. I appreciate the encouragement!
Cool tool adds. Builds are looking good buddy.
100% agree with your rant.😊. Have a great week buddy 😊
Thanks Big Charlie! I have used the brushes from Harbor freight for some time, now they seem to be phasing them out, and I was forced to look at different manufactures, then I found these, and had to get them. Everything else was a big bonus. Thanks for watching and commenting. Appreciate ya Brother.
Great items you got. I have the same brass reamer tool. The cap has the airbrush nozzle tip wrench on the end.😊
Thank you! I would never have known wow. It looks like I stumbled onto something. I so appreciate the info.
I need to get those airbrush cleaning tools, they look nice Ed, 😎👍🇺🇸
Thanks Tom. Yeah the kits are really nice, I ordered three just to make sure I had them on hand. Oh, they are 10.00 a pop, so affordable nowadays. Appreciate the encouragement.
I can understand that! In the past I would normally have 2-5 projects going. Now I am trying to concentrate on 1-2 at a time. Trying to keep it to 1. I am pushing myself to work on them.
Same here. Luckily I have a few outside interests. I have been teaching myself machining to do props, for the studio that I am planning. I am gaining support for the non profit production company. I will have an area to display models, and perhaps sponsor a contest or two. I still have plenty to do, I may be old, but I will keep going. My insperation is ORVILLE WRIGHT, I hope to honor his deeds, as well as my friends. I have a rather large shadow to come out from under.
Really cool. 👍
Thanks Daniel, I really appreciate the encouragement! Thanks for watching.
Hope that 1:1 project isn’t too difficult!
Thanks, not too, just time consuming. it would make a great model display. Thanks for watching!
