Literally every member of this band is world-class
without a doubt
For sure. As a guitarist, I want to play with this drummer.
As I wrote that the bass just dominated.
PREACH
i used to really focus on roman but then i realize that literally everyone is top of their game. definitely without a shadow of a doubt my favorite band.
My favorite thing about metal is that it's one of the few musical spaces in the non-classical world where you can still readily see that people have busted their asses to get good at playing their instruments. Virtuosity should always be applauded.
Amen. The very best bands comprised of the most talented humans rarely get radio play, never get on the "music awards shows", yet they sell out every concert. It's like a secret club (metal) and we should all be happy to be members.
While I agree that virtuosity in metal is awesome, I disagree on it being "one of the few spaces". Jazz, bluegrass, prog rock, etc also have a lot of virtuosity even if they don't get much radio play.
wrong
i’ve heard in interviews that basically any downtime they have they’re playing music and practicing. they are in love with their craft and it is so evident.
its amazing how full the sound is with only two instruments being played
Bass and drums are the meat and potatoes
@@Darquespells666 a very mundane explanation for two very clearly not mundane artists. If only youd put in the same amount of effort into your comment as those guys did at playing their instruments.
@@geesehoward700 took you 3 months to come up with that one, huh. If you're gonna be a dick, then shut up and listen to the song. It's the meat and potatoe
@@geesehoward700bro chill😅 he was just saying that bass and drums are the foundation and filling of a song. He didn't say anything bad about these 2 goats
eugene has said he uses 5 string bass specifically for this sound, he wants to fill as much space as he can because they only have 2 guitarists in their band so he’s really hitting ranges. and ofc vlad is back there just dumping notes out.
No one can shred a bass like you! You just get better ever time! 🙏🏼✨
Man, listening to these playthroughs (be it bass, drums, or guitar. Hell, even just focusing on Tati's vocals) always helps me appreciate just how goddamn talented this band is. Still to this day I find myself picking up on things in certain songs I didn't notice in previous listens. Eugene's playing in this song is the perfect example. Now, I don't know the first thing about playing bass (or any instrument for that matter), but watching this the few times I have makes me want to buy a bass and start learning lol.
God I love these bass playthroughs, always such a treat.
All the JINJER playthroughs are FIRE 🔥 🔥
they could make a sideproject album of just vlad and eugene and itd still be amazing
A sideproject with 2 members of jinjer (no matter who is on it) would be a good thing. Better than many full bands out there.
q
Thats so true. Imo they are the most interesting rhythm section in metal currently. Maybe even ever
And Eugene is the coolest mfer to talk to,had the opportunity twice and he was grateful to chat. Epic person
Dj3nt
Fuckin LOVE THIS SONG!! And the raw bass and performance from my brother Eugene is always first class. Great job as always broski
This song is probably in the top 4 best jinjer songs for sure. I love that breakdown that comes out of nowhere and hits you with the elbow definitely one of the most stink face breakdowns I've heard. The boys really did put a lot of work writing those songs, a lot cool and catchy riffs everywhere in the album and is very memorable too... Like there's no weak moments(like the last track on macro lainnereP that drags at the end of what I think is like their slowest record tempo wise at least for the most part, pretty amazing record though) . wallflowers is definitely their best album(for now). And probably one of the best of 2021. There's also thall from that year
Who in their right mind would dislike this?! This is brilliant!
I was at this concert and did a Meet & Greet with the band. Such a pleasure to meet incredibly talented people!! 🤘
Did the same in st louis. Eugene was cool af. Easy to talk to guy.
The most underrated band of metal. 💪💪
Man, Jinjer is the master of outros. You have so many songs with sick outros.
Always a pleasure to see Eugene do what he does best 🤘
My brother-in-law and I discovered you when you opened for Disturbed last Wed. Both of us were blown away by the huge amount of skill displayed by the whole band, but by Tatiana especially. It's one thing to do what you do on an album.... but to do it so flawlessly live takes major talent! (I had to remind my brother-in-law he's already married to keep him from rushing the stage to propose to Tatiana)
I cant describe how groovy and raw this sounds
Hell yeah!! Hope you are all well and 2023 brings you all a great journey. Would love to see you play in New Zealand someday.
Not simple but simply amazing! Jinjer is my favorite band and will continue to be. Keep doing what you guys do because it’s all fantastic!!
Such a good dude and awesome bass player. I wish for nothing but success for this band. I can't wait to see what art they create next and to see them play live again too. 🙂.
Hell yea! What an absolute animal on the bass. Keep it up!!
An absolute beast! Awesome!
Awesome
This ending was totally awesome... Really like how Vlad plays and compose, he's an outstanding musician...
Love this tone! So grateful to hear unique playing!
Siempre que estoy en RUclips viendo videos normalmente y me aparece una de sus canciones, siempre voy corriendo por mi audifonos y pongo la canción 👍
Just wow! So happy to have stood meters from you twice in Melbourne recently!
Fucking awesome bass tone overall. What an awesome player and band. Sending much love!
The greatest band from the other side of the world taking no quarter, but somehow two members missed the jam session. Prayers for their nation in this present day war. Proof of a true artist with every song different from the last.
LOCURA ABSOLUTA!!
Crazy cool jamming! Кохаю цю банду вже 10 років!
I always have mad respect for metal bassists who still play with their fingers. I prefer the tone of a pick, but the skill and coordination of playing good-ol fingerstyle more than makes up for it. Good shit Eugeune, as always!!
Freaking remarkable, as always guys!!! 💙💛
That bass tone is disgustingly dirty. I need it.
i love this band
That's what's up Eugene brilliant fucking work man!
Жека лучший!
Absolute fire 🔥🔥🔥
Flawless Playtrough 😳
класно дуже дай вам здоровячка і владіку тоже
Such a badass playthrough!
Very Spector-y sound! the playing is always on point
The beastiest of the metal monster bassists. EUGENE IS THE MAN
Awesome 🔥🔥🔥
I love how his hair was a third band member! Jesus that was fun to watch. You tha man Eugene! Props to Vlad for providing perfect drumming as usual.
@2:45 GOOOOOODDDDDDDDDDD the head bangs at this part i swear
Brutal!
Ballistic! I saw Jinjer for the first time at The Wiltern Theater, and they were wild! \m/
Love this song! 😄
I f@#kin love this. Eugine....you're an absolute savage
BRAVO!!! 🤘🏾🤘🏾🤘🏾
Love the tone
Just can't get enough of watching this! 😁
That bass is so fkn sick... So is his sound...
Awesome Eugene 👌
You are a master my friend. Love everything you do
This dude is dope ! Whoever he is .
reminds me of the paul gray bass-videos... props and love... and rip paul goat
Hey man this is Rezo the #1 fan Trey Xavier told you about on that stream. Unfortunately I wasn't available to be there but I watched later and I was really glad to hear everything you had to say about the band, direction and what's in store for the future! I also saw you guys live for the first time last month and WOW, what a show!!! This playthrough is SIC! Dude I am just learning to play bass for my own music and you inspire me to push for more. Thanks to all of you for making music great again \m/ \m/
Favorite bassist ong
My 4 year old son just headbanged, danced, and moshed to this so hard. It was as if he was in a trance. Please never stop making music ❤️
This is just incredible to listen to on spotlight! Heck yessssss! 🤘🤘🤘🤘#jinjer

Bass Master!!! I am sure Martín Méndez is proud of you brother Eugene🔥💪🤘
Skoro pobachymosya znovu v Lisaboni!!!
Oh my goodness fucking gracious, that was badass!
LET'S GOOOOO WAAAAAAAAAAA!!
Line 6 has never sounded better! HX Stomp street cred!🤘🏼
I shared that with almost all the bassists I could think of!
Dude, the tone is so fucking huge. I'm mindblown :oooo
Sounds and looks wicked as!
Мощно! очень здорово!
And this is mostly why having you 3 guys with Tatiana singing is enough: with Eugene's bass part with this sound, who'd need a rythm guitar? 😲🤘
You are just...amazing !
Nice this one fired me up.... so fkin... great. So happy to See you again at wacken.
Awesome👍🏾👍🏾
Holy shit😮🔥🔥🔥
This guy is a BEAST
Yeahh 🔥🤘
Hard to imagine he keeps getting better.
That is so cool! Love your style.
Eugene is a beast!
Eugene you're a beast bro!!!
That tone is so good.
Jeeeez!!! Makes you appreciate how tough it is for Tatiana to write lyrics for everything..
Awsome! Thank you!

Ахуительно , восхитительно
Always impressed by Eugene's technique. His right hand is mesmerizing me.
Would like to learn play some Jinjer bass lines, but well... Maybe in a future, if I'm better.
