I came to God again last year after over a decade away.
From my perspective, I can tell you that the way to avoid being a lukewarm Christian, as you said in your last video, is to look at God with new eyes every single day. Renew your relationship with God every single day.
    Be reborn. Every. Single. Day.

Kenenna Udochukwu It involves looking for reasons to be thankful for God and His presence in your life.
And sometimes, it’s very difficult, especially if you’re going through a difficult period in your life and there isn’t much positivity happening. But that’s when it’s the most important to thank God even for the little things.

I remember watching a video on lukewarm Christianity months ago and feeling so convicted and realizing I need to take God more seriously, now when I saw the first video I still felt conviction because our journey of growing is never done and I know I still have so much for to go But compared to where I once was I’ve grown since the last time and it’s nice to see that, so to those who are watching these and are stressing out about it and thinking it’s a lost cause know there’s hope and grace with God. He will help you grow as long as you ask him too.

Sharon Wanjiru dude I felt the same way, like Lord I love you but I also love this and this, but then The Lord showed how the Isrealites acted in the wilderness after escaping slavery with Moses. They were complaining! They wished they were slaves again because they missed the meat they had and forget how they had complained and cried out for years to God to rescue them and once they were became bitter. Immediately when I saw this I was like “oh my gosh I’m in the wilderness complaining because I have no “meat” even though I have something greater, the Lord” I’m saying all of this because it’s so easy to lose perspective on life. Yes this stuff of the world is nice and cool but it’s also meaningless and temporary, God has a plan for us and a destination that’s so amazing it’ll all be worth not “having meat in the wilderness.” I know it’s hard to not fit but it’s worth it:) praying for you!

I don't remember exactly how I found your channel but it was a few years ago when I was falling out of my faith. I was just starting high school so it was a key developmental stage in my life. I was getting angry at Christian RUclipsrs and started hating on them for their beliefs, even though I called myself a Christian. I also stopped going to church. You were the only Christian RUclipsr I could watch without getting angry, I don't know why. But I started doing Bible studies and I would watch your videos as part of my quiet time and I found a new church. I grew in my faith a lot and even got baptized. You weren't the only person who helped me but you were a major influence in my life. I am so thankful for what God did through you. This is a long comment but I just felt like sharing. Hi Becca, I really like the calmness, commitment and conviction you have towards your faith. It's true we are saved by the grace of God through our faith alone, in what Jesus did for us by dying on the cross. Not by our actions, so yes salvation is a gift of God . But our hearts still need to be aligned with the Lord, and his perfect divine plans for our lives.

Hebrews 10:26-31 King James Version (KJV)
26 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,
27 But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.
28 He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses:
29 Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?
30 For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people.
31 It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

I have a prayer request: I have a christian boyfriend who claims to be christian but does not have any interest in "walking the walking" with me. I am truthfully trying to focus on and live more for God, and I'd love for my boyfriend to join me, however, I strongly feel the Lord constantly telling me to leave him because we are simply not evenly yoked, and trust me, I see that we aren't. . . I just don't want to give up on him, and I so want to be able to grow strong enough in my faith that I may help him, too, but as I said before. . . I have continuously felt the Lord let me know that I need to leave him. . . I don't want to break his heart, but honestly, because we are so different, I do kind of want to leave him. . . Please pray for this situation, thank you. ❤
Edit: I should add that he does not take breakups well (I have tried breaking up with him before), that being said, I feel the Lord is telling me to simply block him from my life, with no explanation because of how he reacts to our breakups, also, now would be the time to do it because we are in a long distance relationship.

Praise the Lord this is what my heart was crying out for, I've been going in circles for the last few weeks, too afraid to go to Jesus (how sad is that!) because I kept returning to sins I'd already asked forgiveness for. I was so ashamed (a very cunning weapon of the enemy) and so drifted further and further from God every day. This video has reassured me in the faith, rolled away some of the stones I'd built my wall with.
I love that analogy of the child being taught how to walk, by a loving and patient Father. No matter how often we fall (though we should try with all our might to walk!) He WILL pick us up, not because we deserve it but because of His boundless grace and His love for us, His creation. We have to remember that although we serve a Holy King, He is also so understanding of our needs as His creature. He knows all about sin, which is why He sent His only Son to die for us, so we could be free:
*Mark 2.17 "I have not come to call righteous men, but sinners"*
*Galatians.5.1 "Christ has set us free in freedom; stand fast therefore, and be not held again in a yoke of bondage"*
When I get stuck in a rut of repeatedly sinning and turning my back on God and His word, it's so easy to feel alone and confused, to feel nobody understands my situation. But God does. Always ❤. And He knows our intentions. I'm thankful you mentioned that because lately I've felt so bewildered as to how I could have so much love in my heart for Christ and yet still return to my old ways.
If our desire is true to serve the Lord then He will bless that, giving strength to overcome and power through His Spirit to take the first steps.
I'm going to read those verses you put in the description now, because there is nothing quite like God's word and the peace it brings
Edit: I've just listened to your new playlist pre-bible reading... and you are so right. These songs truly worship Him and all He has done. They are songs of simple truth and yet so deep. Thank you for sharing!
Edit no.2: Just read Mark 4.1-29 and wow.. It is so applicable to me right now. I am the person in verse 18/19. I knew what was good and pleasing to God, but I let the idols of this world, the "lusts of other things" choke me. And so I produced no fruit for God. But this video shows that you Becca, are one from verse 20 who received the word, and has given fruit to God, "one thirty, and one sixty and one a hundred fold". You have set your lamp upon the stand (verse 21), and are helping so many lost sheep find their way back to the Saviour's arms!
There is blessed release in serving the Lord, even if we don't see it now. I guess my problem is my attitude to reading God's word. I love it once I'm reading it, but trying to have that initial appetite, to actually put all else aside and just contemplate the depth of each word without distraction... that's a struggle for me! Praying for the Lord to give me this appetite, because I can't do it on my own 🙏

I am a Catholic. I have practised religion for most of my life. When I was between the ages of 15-18 I lost my connection with God. I just didn't feel it could be real. Then I became jealous of the connection I saw my friends have, I reached out for advice and now I'm here. Your videos are so inspiring, I'm trying to find a good Bible to read, I've bought some other Christian books to help open my eyes, and watching you is really helping to understand how I can improve more. Thank you for strengthening my journey with God. It's also amazing to see how Christians and Catholic teachings and viewpoints are similar and different.

      Listen.
There is no praise in calling yourself catholic. Might as well say hail Satan. How you say yiur a Christian yet you say catholic? That’s nkt christ. It’s lies.
Catholics knowingly and also most unknowingly worship Satan.
You pray to Mary, you use mortals to intercede, the pope is a mortal who isn’t holy, Christ is our intercession, nkt a pope,
The Vatican building is a giant serpent. Google earth the Vatican. Find the head and locate the forked tongue.
If you were Satan the best place to hide would be among the sheep. If your a Catholic you should renounce your Faith immediately and repent to Christ. If you ever pray to Mary you break first two commandments.

    I have a little question:
I don't know if you've covered this topic, but I need to ask, but as a beginner Christian who is still learning, how can I not feel so lonely? I know being christian is a hard and lonely life sometimes, but how do I feel contempt enough in Christ? Is it a gradual thing like everything else? .o.

Witness J Hello sister in Christ!.. ✨I know your question is for Becca but I really felt every word you were saying and just wanted to share how Jesus makes me whole in him when I feel lonely. To feel lonely is totally normal but to stay there and constantly dwell on your loneliness is dangerous. It becomes dangerous because we now allow the enemy to feed us with doubtful words such as “you will always be lonely” or “ no one will ever love you”. Which is Not true! Now the Lord allows some seasons of your life where you might be physically alone but that’s because he wants you all to himself, he wants and longs for your attention. This might be a season where the Lord might be getting rid of distractions or people who do more harm than good. And all he is trying to show you is how wonderful and wonderfully made your are. 😊He is always there, always listening and waiting. God sends his Holy Spirit to comfort us when we need it. So when I feel lonely I pray and ask the Lord to send me comfort of his Spirit and that fills the lonely void with peace and joy and I would start to just smile and laugh because he cares so much for us and never wants the enemy to trap us in such darkness. He is light and he is All Good. ✨I pray Witness J that Jesus fills your lonely void with comfort, peace and joy. Every single day unfortunately we battle with sin and God knows we have feelings and emotions which is normal to have. Its when we dwell on the negative ones that we feel trapped by the lies of the enemy. I pray that the love of God fills your soul to capacity and that you always know he is always there. ♥️

Jesus answered and said to them, “This is the work of God, that you believe in Him whom He sent.”
    Ephesians 1:13,

In response to your reference of John 6:29, we are the church. The book of John says that lukewarm Christians will be ejected and rejected from the body of Christ. What’s a lukewarm Christian? Someone who is a little up, a little down. A token prayer every now and again. An occasional church attendance. You’re not opposed to God but you’re not whole hearted for God. Carrying a Bible doesn’t equal salvation. Going to seminary school or even becoming a pastor doesn’t amount to salvation. We only receive salvation by receiving Jesus Christ as our personal Savior. Will we slip up and sin? Yes, but that is why Jesus died on the cross. When this happens we must repent of our sin and pursue the Lord continually. If you’ve never given God all of your life, if you walked away from God, if you’ve given God some of your life but not all of your life then you need to pray for salvation. I’ll ever do it with you! Repeat this prayer- it’s okay if you mess them up, it’s not about the words of your mouth but the sincerity of your heart. God, I am a sinner. I ask that you forgive me of my sins and come into my life as my personal Savior. I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, that He came, that He died, and that He was raised again to life so I could be with You Lord God. Wash me if my sins. Cleanse me of my past. Make me new. Be the leader of my life. I surrender all that I am to You. Let be known that I am headed for Heaven, denying my presence in hell. Thank You, Lord. Amen! For those of you who just prayed that prayer: welcome to the family! The Bible says all of Heaven rejoices when person decides to follow Jesus. Heaven is rejoicing right now! What you can do next is get ahold of a Bible and read the Gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke, John) and get connected to a church that teaches the Bible. And get ahold of a friend, a relative, anyone, and let them know of the amazing decision you just made. Good job, I am so proud of you. I’m praying for you! Have a blessed day!

I think there is some that is inaccurate here. The seed that fell among soil that had thorns represents those that are saved. That seed took root, but since their focus is on the world they never bore fruit for the kingdom. Not bearing fruit doesn't necessarily mean unsaved. Also a seed can be in any stage of growth for different periods of time. Everyone is on their own journey which is why I love the story of the prodigal son. He had no good fruit, yet never stopped being his fathers son. The concrete and rocky soil are not believers because the word of God never penetrated their hearts. The rocky soil shows it penetrated their mind only. If you believe in your heart that Jesus died on the cross for you and your sins and that he rose again and ask him to be your savior then you are saved. No ifs, ands, or buts. We are called to not judge peoples salvation by their works because we don't know the motivations behind peoples actions anyways(1st corinthians 4:5). Matthew 7:20 in the correct context is reserved for false teachers/teachers. James chapter 2 is so that we ourselves can check ourselves and see why we aren't producing fruit, to figure out why. Basically self evaluation.

    • @hoper.4920
      @hoper.4920 4 года назад +1

@Amanda I think majority of true believers will fall into periods of this, yes. The lovely thing about being a child of God's is that nothing can snatch us away, not even ourselves. There's been many times where I've been not so close to God and living in sin and the world but I can always feel the Holy Spirit trying to pull me back in, convicting me and eventually He does. I love the parable of the lost sheep as well because it shows that Jesus will always bring back His sheep when they wander and get lost. We are all prone to wander but He is faithful to keep us.

Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory."
Like the Bible says here, it is God who keeps us saved, not ourselves. Once you are sealed with the Holy Spirit, nothing we do can get rid of Him.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Wish I could learn to love him instead of being angry at him that my doubting faith isn't fixed. Still haven't given up after 15 years though. Praying, Bible studies, a religious studies degree, church, and crying out haven't seemed to put me where I want to be. Maybe something will help fix this broken relationship and broken heart.

ah yes, the bible talks about this; "the great falling away" from actually just accepting the free gift of salvation through faith in the Holy Blood of The Lord Jesus Christ faith in His death burial & Resurrection Alone(it being good enough for them) & instead, they're trying to establish their own "righteousness" being ignorant of God's SIMPLE plan of salvation; *THE GOOD NEWS!*
    *(Romans 10:3)*
" For they being ignorant of *God's righteousness,* and going about *to establish their own righteousness,* have *not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God.* "
**Refusing to accept God's way of salvation,* they *cling to their own way of "getting right" with God* by *trying to keep the law in hopes* that they will get to heaven when the bible states *their works are filty menstrual rags in God's sight, it won't do.* Also the Bible clearly states that *the law was only given to us so that we can realize how sinful we are* & how *impossible is it for us to save ourselves; it says the law is the knowledge of our sin* & how much *we need a saviour.*
    *(Romans 3:20)*
Therefore *by the deeds of the law* there shall *no flesh be justified* in his sight: *for by the law is the knowledge of sin.*
*(To anyone who still trusts in Jesus PLUS their own works of keeping the law)*
    *What does Romans 10:3 mean?*
Paul has expressed his *desire* and prayer that the Jewish people *would be saved.* He *admires* their spiritual passion, but he knows that their enthusiasm *is not driven by accurate knowledge about what is most important to God: faith in Christ Alone.*
Paul calls them *ignorant* of the *righteousness of God.* He means that they do not understand that *God requires absolutely perfect righteousness from birth to death* in order *for anyone to be received by Him on his or her own merits.* They *do not understand that no human being is able to achieve that level of righteousness* (Romans 3:23). Paul means they are ignorant that *God offers His righteousness* to *all who come to Him through faith in Christ alone.* In either case, the Israelites were *missing* the key to being accepted by God and *saved from His wrath* sadly.
*Their lack of understanding of how God's righteousness worked* caused them *to try to set up their own standard of what it means to be righteous in God's eyes.* Paul describes *this as a prideful attempt to decide what God should be satisfied with* instead of *completely submitting* to *His declaration of what it means to be righteous before Him which is faith in Jesus Christ's alone to be saved.*
    *(Hebrews 1:3)*
    Who *being the brightness of His(Jesus) glory, and the express image of His person,* and upholding all things by the word of *His power,* when He had *by Himself purged our sins,* sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high;
    *(Romams 4:4-7)*
4 *Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt.*
But to him that *worketh not,* but *believeth on Him(Jesus)* that justifieth the ungodly,* his(man's) *faith* is *counted for righteousness.*
6Even as David also describeth the blessedness of *the man, unto whom God imputeth righteousness without works,*
❤️ 7Saying, Blessed are they *whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are covered.*
    *(Romans 5:1)*
Therefore being *justified by faith*, *we have peace with God* through our *Lord Jesus Christ:*
    *LUKEWARM CHRISTIANS*
The bible says we are to *deny ourselves to think that we are able to do anything to get ourselves to heaven.* If you trust *partially* in Jesus *& partially in yourself* which is trusting in your own works to get to heaven or stay "saved", then you have *not done the Will of the Father,* which is *trust completely on Jesus alone & deny yourself; (John 6:39)* that is a Lukewarm Christian. And God wants us to be either Hot or Cold for Him, *not in the middle.* Do we fully trust in God's Perfect Sacrifice to have saved us on the Cross* 2000years ago, *One Perfect Spotless Sacrifice, Once for ALL sins of all time,* or do we trust that Jesus paid partially for our sins, but now it's up to us to save ourselves by keeping the *law which was only made to show us how sinful we are?(Romans 3:20)* No amount of turning from sins *ever cleansed any sin, ever.* If that were the case then Jesus didn't need to die. *God requires perfection from birth to death* and that's why *Jesus came down and FULFILLED the law EVERY rule, every ceremony, every deed.* &That's why the bible explains that *only the sinless Holy Blood of the Lord Jesus Christ could and has paid for the entire sin dept of the world in order for us to go to heaven & rose again the 3rd day.* All you have to do is *accept that fact* and *you are saved instantaneously when you actually truly believe what Jesus really accomplished!* If we don't, then the bible also *warns in (Hebrews 10:26) that there shall be no more (other) sacrifices for sins given freely from God who is without sin* and God is the *ONLY ONE that can save us & has the power to with His Sinless Blood Sacrifice to cleanse all sins of ALL time.* Jesus' blood paid the entire penalty for our sins, when *He(Jesus) cried out on the Cross right before He died, "IT IS FINISHED!"* (not, "it's partially done &now it's up to you to live accordingly to the law I have partially fulfilled". *No, that's blasphemy to think that way!* It's now up to you to *decide if God's Sacrifice of His only begotten Son's Spotless Blood is good enough for you to have saved you & paid for all of your sins (past present & future) PLEASE BELIEVE CHRIST & ACCEPT HIM AT HIS WORD, or do you still feel like you have anything to do with your own salvation, are you co-saviour? It is a free gift given by Grace, NOT of works lest any man shall boast.*
    *THE WILL OF THE FATHER*
    *(John 6:39)*
❤️ And *this is the will of Him(God the Father)* that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son(Jesus), and *believeth(trust) on Him, may have everlasting life:* and I will raise him up at the last day.
*THE WORKS OF GOD THAT WE MUST DO FOR SALVATION*
    *(John 6:29)*
*Jesus answered* and said unto them, *This is the work of God* , that *ye believe(trust) on Him(Jesus)* whom He(God the Father) hath sent.
    *A WARNING FROM GOD*
    *(Hebrews 10:26)*
For *if we sin(not trusted Christ's righteousness Alone)* wilfully *after that we have received the knowledge of the truth,* there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,The bible also says that *the soul the sinneth(not trusting in Christ Alone) shall die.* But *once you believe in Christ alone the Holy Spirit instantly seals your soul from sin (because God is without sin) -unto the day of the rapture.*
*PREACHING THE ONE & ONLY TRUE GOSPEL OF CHRIST SAVES SOULS*
    *(Acts 10:43-45)*
To him give all the prophets witness, that through his name whosoever believeth(trust) in Him *shall receive remission of sins.* While Peter yet spake these words, *the Holy Ghost fell on all them which heard the word.* And they of the circumcision which believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because that on the Gentiles also *was poured out the gift of the Holy Ghost.(they were all saved once they heard the Gospel)*
*GOD PROMISES TO SEAL YOUR SOUL UNTO THE DAY OF THE RAPTURE WITH HIS HOLY SPIRIT**(Ephesians 4:30)*And do not grieve *the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.(the rapture)* -(you can never loose your salvation because once you have *the Holy Spirit, He seals your soul from sin unto the day of the rapture)*
❤️ *We are saved by God's grace alone, through our faith alone in Jesus Christ alone. Amen.* ❤️
❤️ *Trust in Jesus Christ's death, burial & ressurection, His blood sacrifice to be saved. The precious blood of the Son of God that He paid all of the world's sin dept IN FULL. The LAMB of GOD Amen* ❤️
    (John 3:16)
For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that *whosoever believeth(trust) in Him(Jesus, the Son of God) should not perish, but have eternal(everlasting) life.* ❤️
    *ORIGIN OF REPENT*
❤️ &Here's the true origin & definition of REPENT, the Greek origin simply means to *"change your mind"* from -whatever you were trusting in to get to heaven- , to *believing/trusting SOLEY in the Gospel Of Jesus Christ to have already SAVED you.*
*Usage: I repent, change my mind, change the inner man (particularly with reference to acceptance of the will of God:trust in HIS FINISHED WORK ON THE CROSS); repent.*
Here's the TRUE biblical meaning of the word "repent & repentance" found in the holy bible

Can I ask for advice I said yes to Jesus I except him as my savior I love church and my church family I’ve gotten baptized I fully believe Jesus died for us and loves us. But is it normal to have anxiety about your loved ones to heaven I’ve been trying to get all my family and friends to accept Jesus it just gives me anxiety they might not be with me one day if I can’t get them to Jesus I love u btw u inspire me

Hi! It’s completely normal to be anxious. But God isn’t a position to deny his life and glory to someone who may be a great person and live like Christ, but they don’t believe in him. When we go to Heaven and meet our creator, that’s when we profess our Faith; that’s when we get the opportunity for God to look into our hearts and see our empathy and humanity. As long as your friends and family are good people, don’t feel they won’t get in to Heaven. However, let your self be the example! Show your close family and friends the miracles God has done in your life or the comfort and fellowship the Faith has given you! Check out Matthew 7: 21-23!
I wish you the best, and keep believing!

If you want to be saved one must hear and believe in the gospel. One must repent. One must confess Jesus Christ is the Son of God and one must be baptized for the remission of sins. You cannot enter heaven without being born of the water and spirit. Jesus mentions this in John 3:5 Faith alone does not save you and faith without works is dead.

@@eternallove55 Hi! Keep praying, reading the Bible, thinking about God's word, praying about it, implementing it in your life and in how you interact with others, watch and listen to online masses, listen to Christian music. Then, when churches reopen, you'll be even more ready to be baptized. I'm a teen and don't know much fact-wise, but I've realized that I've been a lukewarm Catholic and have been finding new ways of getting closer to God during COVID-19. Even if you can't be baptized right now, you can certainly pray to God and start strengthening that relationship. You got this! God bless❤

repent, and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
Hi, have you obeyed the gospel of Jesus Christ?
Repent, and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ, for the remission of your sins, and receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
Acts 2:38Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
Mark 16:16He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.
Acts 2:41Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.
Acts 8:12But when they believed Philip preaching the things concerning the kingdom of God, and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptized, both men and women.
Acts 8:13Then Simon himself believed also: and when he was baptized, he continued with Philip, and wondered, beholding the miracles and signs which were done.
Acts 8:16(For as yet he was fallen upon none of them: only they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.)
Acts 8:36And as they went on their way, they came unto a certain water: and the eunuch said, See, here is water; what doth hinder me to be baptized?
Acts 8:38And he commanded the chariot to stand still: and they went down both into the water, both Philip and the eunuch; and he baptized him.
Acts 9:18And immediately there fell from his eyes as it had been scales: and he received sight forthwith, and arose, and was baptized.
Acts 10:47Can any man forbid water, that these should not be baptized, which have received the Holy Ghost as well as we?
Acts 10:48And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of the Lord. Then prayed they him to tarry certain days.
Romans 6:4Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
Ephesians 4:5One Lord, one faith, one baptism,
Colossians 2:12Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.
Hebrews 6:2Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment.
1 Peter 3:21The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ:
Acts 16:15And when she was baptized, and her household, she besought us, saying, If ye have judged me to be faithful to the Lord, come into my house, and abide there. And she constrained us.
Acts 16:33And he took them the same hour of the night, and washed their stripes; and was baptized, he and all his, straightway.
Acts 18:8And Crispus, the chief ruler of the synagogue, believed on the Lord with all his house; and many of the Corinthians hearing believed, and were baptized.
Acts 19:3And he said unto them, Unto what then were ye baptized? And they said, Unto John's baptism.
Acts 19:4Then said Paul, John verily baptized with the baptism of repentance, saying unto the people, that they should believe on him which should come after him, that is, on Christ Jesus.
Acts 19:5When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.
Acts 22:16And now why tarriest thou? arise, and be baptized, and wash away thy sins, calling on the name of the Lord.
Romans 6:3Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?
1 Corinthians 1:13Is Christ divided? was Paul crucified for you? or were ye baptized in the name of Paul?
      1 Corinthians 1:14I thank God that I baptized none of you, but Crispus and Gaius;
1 Corinthians 1:15Lest any should say that I had baptized in mine own name.
1 Corinthians 1:16And I baptized also the household of Stephanas: besides, I know not whether I baptized any other.
      1 Corinthians 10:2And were all baptized unto Moses in the cloud and in the sea;
1 Corinthians 12:13For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.
1 Corinthians 15:29Else what shall they do which are baptized for the dead, if the dead rise not at all? why are they then baptized for the dead?
The bible says baptism is for the remission of sins.
The bible says nothing, NOTHING, about baptism beign a public profession of faith, or an outward showing of an inward change, or something you choose to do optionally.
Galatians 3:27For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.
      Matthew 28:19 [Full Chapter]
Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
the NAME, of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.
      is JESUS CHRIST.
It is one name. That is why all baptisms were done in the name of Jesus Christ.
John 5:43I am come in my Father's name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive.
Hebrews 1:4Being made so much better than the angels, as he hath by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they.
the name of God , is Jesus Christ.
      There is one throne.
Jesus the Son of God sitting on the throne, and GOD is in Him.
      When we stand before Him.
We will see, Him, and God is in Him.
Colossians 2:9For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.
2 Corinthians 5:19To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.
Also, the thief on the cross.
The reason he was not baptized...
Matthew 9:6But that ye may know that the Son of man hath power on earth to forgive sins, (then saith he to the sick of the palsy,) Arise, take up thy bed, and go unto thine house.
All they had to do was look upon the messiah and believe, and they were forgiven.
Now, the command for all men, since He is risen from the dead.
Is to repent, and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
2 Timothy 2:15Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
The scripture must be rightly divided.
      It means what it means.
Blessed be the name of the Lord.

And then the next week I went straight to the lord starting reading the Bible, started watching sermons on RUclips, podcasts. And reading about God and I pray multiple times a day now, was me feeling that way a sign? Was that The Lord speaking to me??❤️❤️ also every time I pray or listen to sermons I break down in tears.
