I live my life exactly the way Ayasha . Eat , gym and pray. You are so right it makes a huge difference I am 61 and feel like and look 15 years younger than my age., God is good
So correct ! I am alone , children have decided to live abroad . I look after my self . With the help of ALLAH ! My only friend and advisor . My faith in Allah grows, day by day , giving me all the strength l need . MahsaAllah
Awesoem. We all need to learn that children are separate beings, who have a right to choose their own path. We don’t need them to be happy. We need to take care of ourselves so we stay independent throughout our life, instead of relying on our children for support.
Aamna what a podcast! Ayesha is so eloquent. She is assertive yet so kind. She teaches us today's women can be so much more than just looking good. Made my day.Aamna working out is making you look so good! In essence, the hair ,the outfit everything is so on point! Lots of love!
Amazing conversation. Really needed this. As a single woman in my thirties struggling with chronic physical and mental health issues (that are only getting worse due to chronic stress), Ayesha's positivity has really inspired me to continue working on myself, with faith that everything will fall in place in due time with the grace of Allah SWT.
I have been a widow at age 36 and my son was 18 months old, 33:30 now he is 27 and my faith got me through . Also Aamna amazing podcast. Congrats and bravo
Amna I could have listened to this even if it was 10 hours long. I was waiting for this so much and the moment I saw you posted I waited all day. Then after finishing work I filled up my bath tub and leisurely watched it all. You have no idea how enlightening, encouraging and beautiful this conversation was. I’ve always been fond of you and I just absolutely can’t wait for this series to unfold! A big thank you from the bottom of my heart! I hope you’ll cover how being in a bad marriage can make you sick! Thank you ❤ Ps. Ayesha will not drink from that glass. I’m almost like her and I would never drink from a plastic glass because of microplastics etc… just thought I’d leave a cheeky note 🤪😋😅😂
Amna you did a great job , very nice interview . I am 61 years old . Going to gym regularly , eating healthy Alhamdulillah . I feel so good 😊 and fresh . Ayesha is such an inspiration .
This is a very inspiring and knowledgeable interview. I have seen this lady in just one drama. She is loaded with knowledge on nutrition and a positive outlook on life. Considering, the sort of trauma she has gone through, I saw,” Bravo”. Ammna, great interview. Hopefully her audience has learnt a lot. Please do bring her back for more.
I have never seen this actress before or this podcast But Ayesha had my attention from the preview & I watched this full episode. She’s so on point. I command her for her braveness. Hats off to this amazing girl, she talks very well, that you want to listen to. Thank you!!
Ayesha Omar is a brave woman. She has a more spiritual connection and knowledge than the so called religious scholars and state guests! Great initiative Aamna ma’am 😊
I just finished listening to this debut episode, and I have to say, it’s an incredible initiative! There really isn’t anything like this on the market, and I love how it aims to empower women, especially those over 40 who often feel overlooked. Ayesha Omar is such an inspiration-her dedication to fitness and nutrition, despite facing setbacks, truly shines through. It's remarkable to see how she has maintained herself so well over the years. Her story is a powerful reminder that women can look and feel their best at any age. This podcast is a much-needed resource, and I can’t wait to see what other empowering stories and insights will be shared in future episodes!
Lovely conversation, lovely Ayesha and how thoughtful she has become in all manners of her life. I wish her a very healthy and prosperous happy life. I do wish that you can bring her again because her life is so relatable to common people the one way or the other. I can listen both of you talking for hours it’s that much engaging. Lots of love to your way Ayesha♥️♥️♥️
She had enough on her plate. Amazing how she coped up. Bravo keep it up.wish you all the best for all your wishes comes true and Allah give you all the happiness.
Ayesha is so right. As somebody who has pcos, I have also seen a lot of difference with a gluten and dairy free diet. And I too take all these shroom powders and other natural supplements. Wishing her success in adopting and MnM too. 😊
This podcast is incredibly insightful and captivating. The discussion was engaging and thought provoking throughout. Ayesha Omar’s story about her accident brought back memories of my brother’s highway accident, where he was involved in a head-on-collision between a motorcycle and a truck. He lay on the roadside unattended for hours, and by the time he was taken to the hospital, he tragically passed away due to blood loss. It’s heartbreaking that in our countries, timely medical assistance is often unavailable in emergency situations, leading to such preventable losses. Aamna: I want to sincerely congratulate you and thank you for creating such an incredible series. It’s truly remarkable and I appreciate all the effort that went into making it! ❤
What an amazing podcast ! It was an absolute pleasure to hear these two wonderful ladies talk about things that women dont get to talk about Get well soon Ayesha ❤ and thank you so Much Amna for doing this podcast. I can hear you both talk for hours and hours it was so informative Best wishes from NY 🇺🇸
I want to know her regular day diet for a week for young/mid-age women in South-Asia to follow. She looks great ... would love to follow her diet and health routine. Hats off to her for looking this way at this age !!! 👏
I was just thinking that. Because she consumes amazing foods but they’re all very high calorie. So I would love to know more! I’m trying to stop having sugars but I can’t stop myself!
Love the energy Ayesha darling you have. Such a positive , energetic , humbled & empowered women you are. More power to you stang strong and healthy. ❤

Love your podcast ❤❤i heard Ayesha omer before.....she is a warrior.. went through so much pain ...its great she told us many mandatory diets...regarding after 50 ...we shld focus on our diet. . Self love is very important now ...as kids grown up. .. kids and doesn't bother abt our health. ..we as women have to be physically and mentally healthy ❤❤❤❤inspired by Ayesha ....stay blessed
Omg, i have struggled to find what i want to do, what subjects i am interested in alot, and scared of memorisation i have always wanted to keep myself away from any stream of biology, but this podcast had me hooked till the end. A sense of realisation hit me that I am soo interested in nutrition that our body requires, nutrition girls reacchng their puberty age require and many more things. Some questions also popped up in my mind for which i was trying to retrieve answers side by side pausing the podcast. I just realised how interesting it is to have a closer zoomed in look to our body and understand what nutrients it require. Soo interesting, i'm flabbergasted, i have never been this interested in any other bio field before i feel.
Kamal ,zbrdst..thnak u so much aamna for giving us such a complete pkg of podcast..i hve learnt so many things from u nd ayesha...love both of u..i hve married since last 9 years still hvnt get baby..i tried alot...now i get positive energy n motivation from ayesha❤

Hi Aysha, please see to it that drinking olivoil wouldn't lead to gallstone formation, i think It did for me during my pregnancy, but other factors could also have played a part
I would love to know Ayesha's thoughts about black tea (or chai) and coffee, and if she avoids or incorporates that into her daily life. It's such huge part of culture and socializing....
Very interesting conversation, makes you want to do nutrition research for your body type. Can you please invite a gynecologist and discuss what women need/have to follow for their recovery post baby delivery.
