uhm ... I can't say, because it's an old set and maybe they won't sell anymore ... but it's worth a try. search for Falcon Commando and / or Sembo. Maybe you will find

Hey, my little brother got on his birthday all of these, but it came without instructions. I was looking all over the internet for them, but i cant find them. I also tried to do it by this video, but there are too many little parts. Would you send me some link for the instructions if you know one? Or if you dont and u still have instructions to your soldiers, would you mind if you took me pictures of them? Thanks a lot, even if its only for reading this!

Usually sold in packs. But do a search on Aliexpress for "LEGO Military", there are always WWII military minifigures, both Axis and Allied being sold single.
