Hi I am starting a new position as a IT Security Specialist Role on monday after acing the interview. I have been out of the IT field since last March 23 after retrenchment as a Tier 1 & 2 Tech Support Technician I joined the jobskillshare and it is definitely the best hands on training - i have to upgrade my subscription as I have now started back work - the yr 23 was tough but 24 will be great - I continue to learn -@Jobskillshare team thanks for have the Free Membership tier in time of need I do appreciate it fully.
Thanks for this insightful video. I've learnt a lot within few minutes. I'm having interview for an IT helpdesk position later today. Hopefully, I pass and get the job🙏
@@Emms_ik damn bro so happy for you , the the course help with the interview process ? And did you come across any of the ticketing or Active Directory lessons they thought us ? Hope to see you saying your a system admin in 2 years or less
Is help desk analyst same as IT support ?? Which one related to assemble computers devices and fix them with tools ?? Wich one working from home only ?? please 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Usually, most IT support jobs may not include physical work such as fixing monitors or screens, as these tasks are mostly contracted to someone else or hardware companies. However, in some companies, you are required to move and set up equipment for users. Remote IT help desk jobs are also available; you just need to find them on indeed.com or other job sites. The education requirements will be the same; you will still need to know about computers and network operations to be able to help, even in remote jobs. You can start learning with free or paid access on jobskillshare.org
Sometimes you have to start small and work your way up. It would be unlikely a person new to IT who manages to get a CCNA will automatically get a networking job. Could happen, but I find that quite unlikely.
It might get better later, it's a long video and some content might be low quality due to machines being recorded inside Browser for testing. Unfortunately we don't have a solution for that yet. Thanks
@@Jobskillshare that is ok Danish the value from these courses is in skills gained and your teaching explanation in a simple way so everyone can understand. If you have to put that much time in help desk , why not go for ccna or Linux route?

Good content but the video looks pixellated and hazy. It is not of clear quality. It has only 2 quality setting options; 360P and auto.
It might get better later, it's a long video and some content might be low quality due to machines being recorded inside Browser for testing. Unfortunately we don't have a solution for that yet. Thanks

that is because the video just went up. hard refresh the page and check the cog wheel in a few minutes, you should see 1080p.
