This is exactly what I need to do! I captured individual areas in my yard, but its layers I want. I will go back and do it again. I will be better at it this time because I now have experience! Thanks for the great video!
Hi there, here is the full guide on how to operate the layers feature - docs.moasure.com/product-docs/moasure-pro-app/master-layers
Do you have a tutorial PDF walk through? Like a tip sheet/cliff notes/cheat sheet version of best practices to take with us on our phone or print for field work to ensure we have good play-by-play for good technique?
Hi there, that is a great question. We don't have a PDF user guide however we do have an online user guide you can view here - docs.moasure.com.
If you click on the 3 dots at the top of any of the pages you can export the user guide as a PDF if this works for you.
is it possible to work in layers over time? To do sections of a large space and add in new layers as needed at a later day & time?
Hi there, yes you can, as long as you know where the first two measurement points are that you started at, then you can add layers at any time after the first layer is measured.
شكرا جزيلا....هل يمكن استخدام الجهاز لوضع القياس في الارض و ليس لرفع القياس منها
نعم، يمكنك وضع الجهاز على الأرض وسيتم أخذ القياس من هذه النقطة.
Do you use the "arc" function to capture the trees on their layer?
Hi Dave, we would recommend using trace or circle path type to capture a tree as a layer in your measurement.
Can this measure a HSS STEEL
Moasure ONE has a measurement accuracy of +/-0.5%+ a few mm in each dimension, making it ideal for measuring up when estimating and quoting. However, +/-0.5% accuracy is unlikely to be sufficiently accurate to measure for cutting, drilling or general fabrication tasks.
