- In this video I talk about how well on wall speakers perform for home theater use. I also answer ho well they sound and they’re versatility and flexibility.
The specific on wall speakers I use are Goldenear and Emotiva. Both great brands of speaker designers in different categories but outstanding performance nonetheless.

You can use those swivel ball bracket wall mounts for the Supersats if you want space for cables.

Hi, first of all, I would like to thank you for all the great videos about goldenear speakers and your home theater setup. I have been following RUclips for quite some time now, and I'm really impressed. I finally upgraded my speakers to triton 1.R, supercenter r and supersat 3.
I'm running a 7.2.2 no additional sub. Anthem MCA 325 powering the 3 fronts, Yamaha rx-a3060 powering the 2 atmos ( canton ar-400), surround ( definitive SR-8040BP), surround back( supersat 3).
I'm running LFE cables into the triton and the triton are set to large. Center set to small and 40hz, the atmos and all surround set to 80hz.
The issues I'm having is when playing music, the triton sub is not powering up either setting the receiver to pure direct or stereo and when I'm in theater mode, can't really here the sub. I checked all the connections and performed speaker tones and the sub power on. Any help or advice will be appreciated because I really like these speakers and don't want to return them.
Thank you for the support Eric. Have you tried running your mains in small mode instead of large. When it’s set to large the receiver shares the lfe signal between mains and subwoofer because of that it usually lowers the impact and sound of the bass. That setting was mostly for older speakers that had 10-15 inch drivers. And when subwoofers were still small. Also, if you can raise the DB of your lfe in the receiver settings. Hope that helps. hello ser, i noticed that ur supsrsat50 is the c” version.. juz curious on SQ iF THERE noticeable difference as SURROUND duty considering the tweeter are positioned for Center duty.
Good eye and good question. I’ve had others ask that too. I don’t notice any difference in sound whatsoever. I believe it’s more for aesthetic. Just the same as the midwoofers are horizontal and in the towers they are vertical. I’m sure the designers would say there is a difference in metrics but audibly I don’t notice a difference.
