the rogue cant dodge while stunned, but even though asphyxiate seems like a magic spell it can go through cloak because its actually physical.

The difference between Eu and Na is not much if you look at the difficulty when it comes to gaining rating in Arena, but I will say this both regions have unique "styles"and the comps they play and how they play it varies.
