This is so hard for me...65-70 hrs a week working. Trying to come up with a pan for diet, working out and sleeping is overwhelming...any tips on working out inconsistently yet effectively when your real life doesn't allow for a consistent schedule?
My goal is to lose all my belly fat . I want to look a bit like Skarsgard in Tarzan . I run but not often . I can walk for more than an hour . I eat chicken ,salads ,rice ,eggs and bread ( not white) but I still have belly fat . Even though I workout 3 to 5 times per week . What should I do ?. How much carbs can I eat ?. How much bread and rice should I eat each day ?. A friend told me to eat as less carbs as possible .
Caloric deficit with 0.7g protein per pound bodyweight. Rest is irrelevant. If the other calories come from carbs fat or additional proteins is basically meaningless.
Hello May I please ask a question? Sorry it’s not related to the video. I’m 17 year old girl, trying to increase my height. For that I like doing hanging from bar exercise. 30 seconds I hold it. I do it frequently- 50-60 times a day. Doing this daily, will I get stretch marks on arms ?
Muscle does not weigh more than fat 1pound=1pound. Muscle takes up less space than fat. You gain weight because you are building Muscle at a faster rate than you are burning fat.

I hit the Gym only 2wice a week Tuesdays and Thursdays and I do alot of Power Walking and now starting 2 Eat a very Small Portions Meals every Day and I drink loads of 💧 everyday as well. I Now weigh 15 stone 12 pounds 4 years ago now I weigh over 20 even more just Confort Eating alot. My main target in the Gym is a much Flatter Iron Board Stomach and 8 pack abs and well 💪 💪 body Muscles Pshyich now.... Anyone that says muscle weighs more than fat loses all credibility instantly. 1lb of Muscle and 1lb fat weigh the same. The difference is the density of muscle vs fat.
Makes me think of when I was a kid in school. We were asked what weighs more, a lb of feathers or a lb or stones. Even as a kid it was obvious a lb is a lb 😭. But all other kids still got wrong
In theory if I’m 9st with muscle tone I am lean and toned. If I’m 9st and not training or eaten well I’m a different shape. Muscle is a lovely firm slab of meat😊 Fat is the mushy stuff you wanna bin! Lol
I wasn’t using lbs as an example was I? When you look at volume, muscle weights more than fat because of muscle density. But if you want to misinterpret on purpose please go ahead,
Wow, so on this basis everything weighs the same as everything else … a car weighs the same as a cat, if the cats weighs a tonne. The point is you can lose some fat and put on some muscle, and that does need to be accounted for if your goal is weight loss (not a great goal if muscle building is your target). And he never said they weigh the same at all.

Dude , count your calories. Try to stay in deficit and prioritise protein
