this is exciting news! i've been following your yoga for osteopenia practice pretty much daily for over a year now. sometimes my husband does it with me, sometimes my (30-year old) son does it with me, if he happens to be around. my daughter tends to do it by herself in the evening instead of in the morning (as i do). My daughter calls it 'doing Kendra' rather than 'doing yoga'. :) i feel so much appreciation for your instruction/guidance and very much look forward to more. Bone health and muscle strengthening both sound great.
